Downloaded KFC app. Tried to purchase meal and sides. Put debit card in as requested. Want to check out and app shuts down and removes me from app. Try three times at home. Drove 50 minutes each way two store. Tried in parking lot approximately eight times and would do the same thing. Went inside talk to counter person showed her the problem and put credit card name address twice and as soon as I went to check out it would shut up off manager wanted to know what you could do. I told her to give me my order for what I was going to buy on the app and she said she can't sell me eight pieces of chicken for $12. She cannot change the price I have to pay full price for everything at prices are different. I tried to explain that the app is not working the counter person witnessed me put in all my information it did not say any information was incorrect. Two times at the counter when I hit check out it would just shut the app off. Manager would not help me at all unless I paid their full prices at the counter. Tried to ask her to sell it to me for what that says and she would not she refused. saying there's nothing she can do for me. Which I feel is wrong. Driving almost 2 hours and not being able to save $3 on a $30 meal. Very upset.
