    Unreliable. We called to have a VW vehicle reprogramed due to the installation of a new clock spring. They informed us that, yes, they can do the programing, just bring it in. They did a diagnostics run on it and called us to tell us we had to purchase a new clock spring and that they can then install it. We informed them that there was a new one already in and it just needed to be reprogramed. They continued to say no, we need to buy another one and they guarantee if it doesn't work we won't be charged. They got the part, did the work, NEVER CALLED to update us. We called a week later and they then told us yes, it worked but, you need to take it to a VW Dealer to have it programed because wipers and cruise don't work and that is not something they can do. We can pick it up and it is $1k bill!! We argued stating that this is exactly where it was when we brought it in to be PROGRAMED and they said they could do it. Now, I am having to pay $1k for NOTHING and now I have two of the same parts. We picked up the car, NOTHING WORKS. The car is in worse condition then what we left it there in 3 weeks ago! I am enraged at the customer service we received and quality of work. I will not be returning to a company who lies and misguides their customers.
