      I bought a mask on the 30th of September and now its two months later and i still haven't received what i ordered, i`ve tried to contact Halloween-masks.com via E-mail and calling them but the number on their website was not in use, and i have not got any answers via email either. and now i just want a refund instead of the mask. the order id/numer of my purchase is #***** .

      I ordered a mask on August 9th 2023, and am still waiting as of September 22nd 2023, despite the 2 week production time. Ive placed calls and sent an email to the business, and received no responses. I paid over $100, and all I want is to get my mask. Thanks.

      On Monday, August 1, 2022, 11:49:51 AM CDT, I requested a cancelation of my Order number25220 of ******** Cropsy made on July 14th, 2022 andOrder number: ***** of22014597 Curtains,Order Date:7/26/2022. It is now October Friday the 7th, 2022 and I have not received a refund or my orders since that request. The business said to let them know the reason for canceling the orders and I sent them an email detailing my reason as wanting my money back for a product that was not giving me any shipping notification and that id rather be refunded. I want my money back as I no longer want their products and want it as soon as possible.

      I ordered a mask from them on July 22,2022 and have not received my product. I have sent multiple emails and messages inquiring about my order and they told me that my order would be shipped in the next day or two over two weeks ago but nothing ever happened, no shipping notice or product received. I would like to receive the product I ordered. I paid $106.94 in full for the order. My account/order # is ***** I feel this company is very misleading and may have possibly scammed me.

      The customer's order was delayed shipping as demand for the product purchased was extremely high.  After making more to meet the demand, the customer's order was shipped and delivered.

      Ordered a kid's mask on 9/18 for my son, payment was made immediately plus $14.08 for shipping. Order # given was *****. 24 days later and not only no item, but no clue on when it will be shipped. Nothing on their site mentions shipping delays, poor supply, or anything similar. No one answers the phone or responds to the email on their website. An alternate email was used and they just say they "haven't heard from (their) distributor." Well, aren't you the distributor? Why can no one tell us when it will be shipped or where from. We needed the mask before Halloween for Halloween parties and now I'll end up spending more time than I'd like recommending others not to buy from them. Unacceptable business practices for something that means so much to people.

      The item that the customer ordered was forwarded to our distributor for fulfillment.  It was determined that the item was back ordered pending arrival of more stock.  After working with the customer, they determined that they would like a to cancel the order.  We cancelled the order and issued a full refund.

      On 9/24/2021 I ordered a scarecrow bull mask and a scarecrow rabbit mask. I paid $104.61 to http://halloween-mask.com/ and I have tried to email them and call them and I have not gotten any response. I just want to know if they are gonna ship them to me or if I can get my money back. My nerves are a **** with this.

      The items that the customer had ordered were on back order and awaiting our distributor's inventory replenishment to fulfill the customer's order.  At the request of the customer, we cancelled the order and issued a full refund.
