Only Reason this company gets 1 star is because you can't give them 0 stars THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!! PLEASE STAY CLEAR FROM ELOAN WHAREHOUSE AND ANYTHING OR ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH THEM!!!! THEY ARE TOTALLY CROOKED!!! I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE APPROVED FOR A SMALL AMOUNT OFF 350. HOWEVER I WAS OFFERED UP TO 1000 DOLLARS I COMPLETED ALL OF THEIR PROCESS GIVING THEM ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN MY DEBIT CARD WASN'T GOING THROUGH TO ALLOW MY FUNDS THEN THEY SAID THEY WILL CALL ME BACK I WAITED 10-15 MINUTES NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. SO I CALLED THEM BACK THEN THEY TOLD ME THE AGENT THAT WAS HELPING ME WENT HOME THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME ANOTHER AGENT WHO THEN SAID MY LOAN WAS NOT APPROVED BECAUSE OF THE DEBIT CARD WASN'T GOING THROUGH!!!! WOW FRAUDULENT COMPANY IF I HAVE EVER HEARD SO I LOCKED MY DEBIT CARD AND LETTING MY BANK KNOW I WILL BE NEEDING A NEW ACCOUNT AND PASSWARD PROTECTED DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!! Recently got a loan with this comoany with an extremely high APR, I haven gallen behind on payments and now getting harrasing emails and phone calks from them. Has anyone had experience with trying to reach out to them via email but no response? But they have no issue in sending harrssing emails with threats of legal action. Just trying to reach someone is almost non existent. Please share your similar situations on legal action was taken against you. PleaseeLoan Warehouse

Interest only Loan was not clear in the contract. My Loan was $1000 and after 11 timely payments of $275 I called to get a payoff quote and found out that I still owed over $1300. They are thieves intend to wring you dry especially if you can't pay off the loan early.eLoan Warehouse

I have never applied for, nor do I need, a loan with eLoan Warehouse but they have been called me 3 times in the last 16 hours and leaving messages stating they have an active loan application, and they need to know if they should cancel or move forward. I also received a text message yesterday saying to which I replied Stop. If you continue to harass me, I will file a formal complaint.eLoan Warehouse

I paid off my loan and they charged me twice the full amount (so 2 charges on my account totaling over $4000). I reached out immediately and they did nothing but take my card info, have me email my bank statement, and tell me a supervisor would call me. The whole day went by no call. I called the next business day stayed on hold for over an hour still no resolution. Im stressing to them that I have other bills and rent and they were not concerned nor did they show they even cared. I still as of this post do not have the funds in my account and bank account is even overdrafted now. This has been such a horrible experience! How do you accidentally charge someone twice and then do not try to work as fast as you can to rectify? You can deposit money into my account within an hour but to pay me back the $2000+ dollar takes multiple days?!eLoan Warehouse

They are the absolute worst!!! I wish I could leave ZERO stars!!! Never again will I do business with this company!! I requested a loan for $1,000 because my mom passed away unexpectedly & I needed travel money. I signed the paperwork and received the money. After making my first initial payment of $258, I noticed the APR on that $1000 loan was 678.14% and once I make all of the payments, the loan will turn into a $3,355.30 loan. This is beyond insane !! I don't know how they can continue to get away with operating like this. I tried to get a lower interest rate but to no avail. Just last week I called their customer service to report my debit card was lost while I was out of state working & I would call back with the new info once I was back from my work trip since I could just walk in the bank & get a new card upon my return. They obviously didn’t make a note on my account because I kept receiving notifications from my bank that electronic transactions from eLoan warehouse were declined on my lost card. They attempted to withdraw the payment so many times in one day that my bank put a fraud alert on my account & froze the account altogether until I could return from my work trip & go to the bank to get the issue resolved. Because of this I had no access to my bank account or my money until I was back home. I have attempted to pay off this loan on several different occasions but the rate is so high that I can never afford the payoff so it’s like I’m stuck making payments on a never ending loan. I have already paid $2064 & still have several more payments left to pay. They have no compassion for life’s situations. I lost my mom & my husband both and I struggle with making ends meet just to provide for my children . But I swear I will never ever deal with this company again!! They have extremely unethical business practices & based on the other poor reviews, they shouldn’t still be allowed to conduct business this way!eLoan Warehouse
