      This companies website has been not found since May 20 making people unable to login to their accounts. I called to inquire and the lady says they cannot comment on the status of the website. Claims that the site was updated on May 20 and they don't know what's going on and she could not comment any further. Seems fishy to me

      I have an account with Blue Trust Loans. They used to have a website on ****** that i was able to log into my account but as of today there are no websites available for this company. When i emailed them they sent me an email back saying their systems were down and they were unable to help me at this time. I can not find a phone number or anything for this company. It is also under the name hummingbird but i can not find any information on them either. I need help please!

      I took out a loan in Blue Trust around 03/21/2022 for $1,200 due to hardship with medical expenses. I have been paying on time as per usual, however unfortunately, around end of April I got laid off at work into part-time status due to my health. I tried to appeal with Blue Trust Loans for a hardship in terms of payment and requested a decrease in minimal payment to reflect my salary (since the payment with them was biweekly and super steep), since I would not be able to afford it otherwise. Unfortunately, I was not given consideration to this, resulting in me literally not being able to pay them back as per usual since my bank account does not have enough funds to cover their minimim required payment anymore. I feel unless I take out another loan to pay them in full my interest rates with them will never end, since per missed payment my principal amount doesn't seem to be decreasing, and the rate they are going at is ridiculously high. I would never have gone to them if it weren't for me having a hardship related to my health.

      I took out a $425 loan from Blue Trust Loans an Aug 17, 2021. I have made every payment except for one and have paid them so far counting the next payment coming out here this week $1,423.20. More than enough to have paid off the loan. I can't afford to make these payments any more everything that is happening in my life. I would like to have this loan paid in full with no further contact to me.

      I have taken out a **** loan for an emergency. I have made several weekly payments in the last 7 weeks but my principal balance keeps growing(now ****** over what I borrowed for a total of 1****** in principal due) after paying ****** to date. The Payment Schedule provided on my loan page shows that my principal should be going down so this misrepresents what I was originally told. I also pay over 600% interest and if I wasn't in a hard ship I would have never gotten this loan.

      During the Covid 19 pandemic ran into tough times like many Americans. On 11/12/21 apply online for small loan. Blue Trust Loans pop up. Fill out application was contacted by blue trust loans. They told me I was approved to take a loan. I was facing a hardship so I ask for $700.00 dollars. Payments to start on 11/26/21 at $93.48. Was to be taken out of my account every Friday. As of 03/11/22 have paid a total of $********. At ****** a month. Which this loan should be paid in full. I do not see this loan going down. Because when I look at loan documents they have me at ******% Finance charge of $2,665.26 off of $700.00 loan. Says final payment 08/05/22. Im in ******************* this loan is illegal can not charge anyone more than 36%. I took $700.00 dollar loan but this company illegally charging me ******% which is illegal. I have paid this lender ******** as 03/11/22. To think they are trying to get $3,365.26 off $700.00 loan is ridiculous.This company needs to review by bbb or fined for illegal practices and over charging customers. I would like this account to be paid in full and account closed. This illegal shouldnt be allowed to do business in **********.
