This is in regard to a recent purchase of a 1971 ***** CB450 from Ultra Motor Source LLC from the auction platform, *************.com. This motorcycle, which was represented as being in good working condition, has proven to be anything but. Not only does it fail to start, but it is also leaking oil profusely. The description provided on the auction website grossly misrepresented the actual condition of the motorcycle. It is evident that the seller either negligently or intentionally misled potential buyers, such as myself, by failing to disclose these critical issues. This level of misrepresentation amounts to nothing short of fraud. Furthermore, the shipping process was exorbitantly overcharged, and the delivery took an unreasonable amount of time. Not only was I charged excessively, but the delay in receiving the motorcycle only added to the frustration of discovering its true condition. To compound matters, the owner of the business, who only represents himself by his first name and last initial only (********) whose responsibility it is to address customer concerns, has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to engage in meaningful dialogue to rectify the situation further highlight the disregard for customer satisfaction. It is abundantly clear that there has been a failure on multiple fronts: the misrepresentation of the product, the inadequate shipping service, and the lack of accountability from the business owner. As a consumer, I expect a certain level of integrity and customer service, which has regrettably been absent in this transaction. I demand a prompt resolution to this matter, which should include a full refund for the purchase price of the motorcycle, as well as reimbursement for any additional expenses incurred due to the misrepresentation and poor service. Furthermore, I urge you to take appropriate action against the seller to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
