    Bought 4 trailer tires from recstuff February 7th . All 4 tires were mounted and I used trailer one time. After one use one tire went flat. I put air in tire and side wall of tire bubbled out and would not hold air. I asked for a replacement tire and I was told my wheel was bad. This wheel had a tire on it for many years and always held air. This leads me to believe the new tire I bought from recstuff is defective. Recstuff is blaming my wheel not their tire. 3 of the 4 I bought are fine just one failed however they refuse to replace.

    The most common cause of a tire bubble is "impact damage"  This was a tire mounted by the customer on what appears to be a very ***** and damaged wheel.  It is our belief that the issue occurred as a result of one of the following reasons that would not be covered under warranty and is not related to manufacturer defect.

    - impact damage

    - improper mounting

    - bead damage during mounting

    - mounting the tire to a damaged wheel

    Additionally the customer indicates that he had no issue with 3 of the 4 tires purchased, yet list the "disputed amount" of $311.03 which is the full order value, when he paid only $59.99 per tire.

    Horrible customer service. After calling to confirm availability of a part, I placed an order with ******. The item was to ship that day. After several calls over a weeks time, they chose to cancel the order... After confirming the items were in stock. IMMEDIATELY after canceling the order, they raised the price 615%!!!! Total fraud.

    You placed an order through our website which we did not have in stock.  In addition to being out of stock our pricing on the website was inaccurate.  Due to having no inventory a customer service representative contacted you by phone and cancelled the order.  After doing so we adjusted the price of the product online.  The item remains out of stock and listed on our website at its corrected price.

    We are sorry that we did not have this item available to ship and that it had shown up incorrectly on our site.
