    Met with *********************** owner of Southern Wisconsin Decorative Concrete on May 13th, *********************************** our 24x32 barn. **** then showed up on May 16th with a quote and color choices. On May 21st **** said he would be able to start the job the second week in June and be in and out in 2 days, prep on June *********** on June 14th. Deposit check of $1,260.50 was given to ****. On June 13th **** received a check for $5,042 & scheduled a cement truck at 10:30 AM to pour but it did not happen. **** said the earliest he could get a cement truck would be June 21st. **** stated on June 22nd a cement truck would pour at noon, it did not happen. Was contacted on June 27 that a cement truck was scheduled for 6/29 at 7:30 Am then it was bumped to 9 AM neither happened. On 7/5 was told by **** that concrete would be poured that Monday (7/10) at 8AM, did not happen. On 7/12 found out **** was having some medical issues said he would be out on 7/19 all day to complete the project. ************* that he had until 8/11 to feel better and complete the project. **** stated on 8/1 that he would be out Friday (8/4) to prep and it would be installed before 8/11, did not happen. It was then scheduled on 8/16 at 4:30 PM with **** to receive refund check, at 4PM received a text he was running late and he turned into a no show. Still waiting to receive money back after job was not completed. A lot of the communication had to be us checking in with him for updates.
