To who it may concern: this letter of complaint was originally meant for the doosan/bobcat corporation. But, the corporation barely answers emails, let alone provide me with information I request.I wanted to file a formal complaint and submit it in a letter format. Doosan/bobcat did send an email. But it was blank with no information.Thursday, March 23, 2023 2:46 PM: I phoned ************************* Dealer Account Manager ******************* Doosan Bobcat North America and during my introduction to ******************** he openly stated his company is not accepting donations and ******************** hung up. ******************** later made the statement that he assumed I was a telemarketer, when listening to our own voice recording, ******************** clearly stated no donations were being accepted and he hung up.One of my board members remained in contact with ******************** and she attempted to receive a donor tractor and/or a used tractor on donation anything to help ease the tensions with myself and how I felt about doosan/bobcat equipment. ******************** provided no such relief. I can honestly say Doosan/bobcat is not the company I believed them to be. I merely wanted to bring notice to the company of how their personnel treats customers. I guess doosan/bobcat would be better if our organization was a profit company verse a non-profit 501 c (3) public charity. Thank You, ***********************
