    Blue badger made the process of selling my inherited property so easy. The home was full of items and I just didnt have the tine and/or energy to deal with it. I invited 3 companies out to look at the property and they were by far the most personable out of all of them. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future should a situation arise.

    I would like to give Blue Badger Homes a big huge thank you for the purchasing of my home. They made this process so easy in the transaction of me moving out of my house into assisted living facility. From Jared to his staff, I wish to put out a big huge thank you for making this very painless, easy and a happy experience for me and my family. The friendliness of everybody and how they made you feel Important in your decision-making. It was fast, but they worked on your timeline. They gave you space and let you work at your pace to clean out your house or they would clean it out for you at the end of the move. I cannot say enough for what they all did for me and my family, I would recommend them to anybody that needs any help in selling of their home. I did the approach of selling my house as is to Blue Badger Homes, They did all the paperwork and got everything lined up for me for my closing date, which was a sign of a few papers and everything was smooth as can be.
