    My car(under warranty)had the radio malfunction and was blinking on and off every 2 seconds. They said it would be a week for the new radio, so I asked for a loaner-the service writer lied and said his manager called, we talked to the manager later, he said do you want me to call but they wont grant a loaner because its not a safety issue. It turned out to in fact be a safety issue that was caused by something I paid for malfunctioning within 1 1/2 years. I asked them to turn off the annoying screen, they turned it off and reverse sensors. The week turned into 2, and the night before my appointment, I backed into a telephone pole. Yes, my fault-but if the features I paid for and were under warranty were working (or they had given me a loaner) THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED!!

    ****,While we certainly understand your frustrations, we have to abide by the guidelines given to us by Toyota. The manufacturer does not consider a malfunctioning radio screen to be a safety or driveability issue, therefore we cannot provide a free of charge loaner vehicle per the new vehicle limited warranty. While it is unfortunate that these circumstances took place, your review and frustrations need to be directed at the manufacturer rather than the servicing dealer as not only did we not cause these issues, we have worked to resolve them within the bounds of the guidelines given to us by the manufacturer.

    Dear Sir, I have to retract my previous complaint. Dealership bent over backwards to make everything right, providing an extension service contract and performing the work that was required during the recall and above what would be normal. In a world where everyone is trying to take as much as they can, Toyota treated me as extremely well and I apologize for the previous complaint, they are an awesome dealership and I will continue to use them for all my service needs. Additionally, I have to think the members of the management team for contacting me and sitting down and explaining what happened and how actions were taken to correct it from ever happening again again I really enjoyed the interactions and the thorough completion of the work on my vehicle.

    BUYERS BEWARE: This dealership will attempt to scam you! I traded in a vehicle and purchased another vehicle from them. I then received an email a month later saying that I still owe an almost $500 balance on my payoff for the vehicle I traded in to them. Does that make any sense? The email I received from ***************************** was extremely threatening, stating that I gave them inaccurate information & if I did not address the matter immediately then my credit would be affected. When I pushed back on them stating that I was prepared to dispute this with them as well as any collection agency everything changed. I then received an e-mail from their GM stating that they now discovered it was a mistake on their end and that I no longer owe the balance. I have no doubt that I am not the only customer they have attempted to pull this over on. There are many customers that would not put up a fight and just pay the "balance," not knowing any better. I will absolutely never be returning to this dealership & I recommend anyone else stay far away from them!

    We collected payoff information from this customer during the course of the transacation which was accurate. During the course of the transaction, we made a simple typographical error which was not discovered until recently. Initially, we had thought that the payoff information that was collected from the customer was incorrect and as our conditional delivery agreement (signed by the customer) states, any shortage in funds is the responsibility of the customer. We attempted to collect what we thought was the shortage from the customer as agreed upon. Once the error was discovered by our office, we immediately contacted *************** and let him know that we were the ones in error and it would be rectified immediately. If *************** would like, we would be more than happy to meet in person so that he can see where the typographical error was made, rather than simply throw electronic tantrums. At no point in time would we ever attempt to ******* or steal from a customer, nor have we ever been so desperate to engage in a business transaction that we would intentionally mislead or give bad information.

    Bought a vehicle on August 17 from this Toyota after driving it for 3 days I noticed issues with this vehicle so on the 4th day of having this car I wanted to return it with in my 7 days guarantee then main manger told me to keep riding it till the issue occurs again and they could try to fix it or resolve the issue so I drove it for 3k miles more (still within the first 30 days) then I noticed all the issues happening again now I spoke to at least 6-7 mangers and no one knows anything and keep telling me I went over then exchange policy so at this point they want me to trade it in and lose money and have a bigger upside down loan so be careful shopping with this dealership they will do anything in their favor.
