On February 9, 2024 I borrowed $450. Premier Loan Solutions withdrew $1980 total from my account as repayment. On October 28, 2024 I borrowed $650. Premier Loan Solutions has withdrawn an additional $1937 from my bank account. The balance due on their website today is $507, making the total repayment for this loan $2444. The loan Agreement states the interest rate as ******% interest. I am under doctors care for a mental illness that prevents me from making reasonable financial decisions at times. Per the BBB website, Premier Loan Solutions isn't authorized to make loans in *********. The ************************** website states that any company selling loans has to comply with Minnesota laws and be registered to sell loans in the state. This is an illegal loan and predatory. I want a refund of the fraudulent interest I have been overcharged.Business Response

This is the most unethical, predatory loan provider I've ever come across. Would have been better off getting a pay day loan or going to a **** shop. They charged me 780% apr on a $300 loan, making the total payments come out to $1450. How is this legal? The only people that would agree to those terms are desperate people without any other options and they take full advantage of this, looking to extract every possible ***** for as long as possible from the poorest of the poor. Their tactics are shady, predatory, sneaky, misleading, dishonest, and outrageous. A mafia would have provided better loan rates than this company, although their tactics for recovering debts are probably similar. ***** this lender at all costs. Once they get your bank account info, they will not stop taking your money until your dead. They will harass you and everyone you know until they get you to pay, up, threaten you with legal action, charge fees every opportunity they can, and then come back for more. Horrible people run this place. They probdlby read these comments and laugh while they count their blood money.Business Response

On September 20, 2024, I received a 500 dollar loan from Premier Loan Solutions. For my understanding with making small payment that I would only have to pay 650 dollars to satisfy the loan repayment. Instead I have paid the company more than the settlement and they are still taking money out of my checking account. 10/04/2024- *******/18/2024-$150 11/1/2024-$150 11/15/2024-$175 11/29/2014-$167.50 ______ $792.50 I am asking for the Better Business Bureau help to further investigate this company for misleading customers on loans. I only borrowed 500 dollars and have paid that back plus an additional $292.50 to fulfill the towards the loan which was supposed to be a settlement of $650.Business Response

In response on my behalf, I will graciously accept Premier Loan Solutions offer and would hope they will adhere to their offer of resolution as well. In conclusion I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

This lender is not licensed to lend in the state of *******. I have emailed mutiple times requesting that the company email me or contact me by **** mail to communicate and they continue to call and text me. I have let them know that they exceeded the maximum amount of interest that can me charged in the state of *******. I received a 250 loan in August. Premier took out the payment for 75 dollars on August 30th. They then took another payment on September 13th for 75 putting my account 64 dollars in the negative. I contacted them telling them it was my understanding that the payments would be taken out on the First of the month. Meaning the next payment would be the First of October. I asked them to please reverse the charge as I am poor. The lady on the phone was extremely nasty she kept over talking me. She kept addressing me by first name in a hateful and condescending way. Just awful. So now I am completely broke. Plus I owe my bank. Plus there will be an overdraft fee. All thanks to Premier Loan Solutions and their awful customer care. Also I want to send letters to them and their parent company. I also want to write reviews anywhere I can. I have not slept and have been crying since last night. They kick you when you are down and ***** you after. They have the audacity to say they appreciate your business. While at the same time remaking it my life horrible. They need to remove the *** and so that I can have my little 10 bucks back. They need to stop letting their customer service agents talk to customers like they are dirt.Business Response

I cant believe they took out all this percentage in interest. As of now Im currently in financial hardship in *******. These people took out large amounts in interests thats more than what they borrowed me. As you can see through the screenshots, they took out large sums of money. That is 706 in interest. I definitely need some of that money back. Thats ridiculous for a 500 dollar loan. Its like Im spending 1200 or plus. Hoping for BBB to help me solve this problem so I can get most of the money back soon. This review can be left so people can see how horrible this company is. In August of 2023 I took out a $300 loan, the payments were fine and as I got close to paying it off I was offered a refinance, my grandpa had passed and money was tight so I took it. The refinance was only for $450 with the payments being every two weeks and the first one would be for $135 same with second and the third would jump to $152 then it would start dropping by $10 every two weeks until its paid off. This is a predatory loan. For $450 I would end up paying over $1500. I revoked my ach because I couldnt pay it anymore, having to deal with the death of my grandpa and all the arrangements has been hard but then premier lending sent me a settlement offer which at first I signed and thought it was a good deal but she told me that I would pay $75 every two weeks for 10 payments they get you by telling you that deal is only available for a limited time. So in total Im still paying $1000 for a $450 loan. So far I have paid $345 I am willing to pay back what I borrowed but this company is a scam. Companies like this take advantage of people in need and financial hardships I dont even know how these loans are legal with over 400% interest. Do not take any loans out with this company.Business Response

I got a small $600 loan from this company on 5/29/2024 and checked m bank balance on 6/12 and they had decided to take that full amount back. I called and they said it was withdrawn due to an issue with the underwriting department. No warning, no call, no email, nothing. How is that even legal??Business Response

This company is extremely unethical. I let them know that I get paid on the 15th and the 31st but they are debiting my account before they should.
