    I ordered a 14" mattress (king size) on July 9, 2021 for $770. Was told it would take 3-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I canceled the order. I received a text message from Prestige and said he would keep the order on file in case a bed would come in. I received a phone call saying the bed is here and could be delivered early October. The bed was delivered on October 6. It was not the bed I ordered - it was 11" instead of 14" plus I was charged $875 - not the 770 originally. I called immediately after delivery (3 times) with no answer. He finally answered and told me the price had gone up 3 times since I originally ordered it and that I was not able to return it because there was a "no return" policy. I was never informed of the policy, nor of the price increase. He has since refused to take any of my phone calls and only responds via text messages. The facts are: i did not order this 11" mattress, I was never informed of the price increase or this no return policy. He said it was on their website - I said I never looked at the website because they are a local business, and I dealt directly with the store (a family owned store, so I talked directly to the owner). When I told the delivery guys that this didn't look like the bed I ordered, they said I had to take it up with their dad because their job was simply to deliver the bed. I have gone back/forth with the owner via text since then and have received no results. He has quit responding to my texts
