I found a hair running through my fish sandwich with cheese. It was disappointing enough by ending my lunch early because of the hair I found. It was incredibly worse when I called to make them aware of it. I use to love Kwik trip but now I hate the place all because of one phone interaction with whoever the rude unconcerned employee was I spoke to. It was at *** ******* *** *** *****KWIK TRIP

Well I until last night I used to go to the ***** store off hwy149 and 55. I was almost there 3 to 4 times a day. Before they did the remodel and move to ****** lot I had found a ***** in my burrito broke my tooth didn't use because I knew a lot of the staff. For the last year and a half I have had 2 meals plus other things bought there. Last night however as I am eating my food after **** with an employee as I always did and coo rolls up behind me and flips his cherries on. As I sit there confused they tell me they just got called and I was to be trespassed from the property when. I asked for what I get told I stole something and the employee I was talking to is the one that called. Me in I'm goin *** I haven't stolen anything not that night not ever. I've used y pocket once or twice when I should grabbed a basket but I've always payed for the items. They can get me trespassed and have me labeled a thief but don't have to tell me what I stole or when. That's messed up if you're going to defile someone and their character you should have to show them the evidence. Now if I ever did walk out with something on accident all anyone would have to say is hey we saw you take so in so or even if they could tell me what I co stole I might be like that's not something ia eat or pay them an make it right because I don't like liars and thieves. I don't like taking things I haven't earn so defiling my character without showing or telling me what I took. If I didn't sue over findig a **** ***** in my burrito and breaking a tooth why would I steal from your store with intent ...KWIK TRIP

I had a very embarrassing situation happen today at 2:15 at the Kwik Trip in ****** on **********************. I made a purchase and gave a $20 bill to pay for it. The clerk used a pen and determined it was counterfeit. They called over the manager, who using the same pen agreed it was counterfeit. I paid for the purchase with a different $20 bill. I wanted to take the allegedly counterfeit $20 bill back to the bank that gave it to me, the manager refused to give it to me, and asked with a threatening tone if I wanted him to call the police. I said yes, bring them on, The police arrived they took custody of the $20, and went with me to the bank. The bank took the bill, scanned it, and determined it was not counterfeit. They agreed to replace the bill with a different one, after the police agreed to release the bill. I asked about the pen test failing the bill, the bank said sometimes the pens get old, or if they have detected a true counterfeit bill they will sometimes give false results.This was a very embarrassing experience. I did not appreciate the managers threatening "you want me to call the police?" Like I was going to be afraid of that. I will never go to that Kwik Tripp again, and if I go to a different kwik tripp I will only pay with a credit card. After being embarrassed like that I will be avoiding Kwik Tripp as much as possible. What if I was traveling and didn't have time to wait for the police? I am just out $20 because of their faulty testing? This was terrible.KWIK TRIP

The District Manager, **** *., reached out to Mr. ***** to discuss his concerns which we take very seriously. **** extended apologies to Mr. ***** for the inconvenience and embarrassment the incident caused him. The store has been re-trained on the process, they are to use multiple forms of counterfeit detection when a bill fails the pen test.
We hope that Mr. ***** will accept our apology and consider patronizing our stores again in the future.

A Kwik Trip Store located in ********* - Today(10/24/24) I went in to buy chewing snuff(tobacco). A cashier(Brenda) had a need to ID me. I replied, but you have sold that product to me many times in the past, and we went through this ID before? She looked at me and said, yeah so. I said to her, but I have gray hair and am much older than 21 or 31 year of age. I came in today wearing a sweater said - I support *****. Please tell me why would Kwik Trip tolerates such employees that bring personal political to workplace. my opinion. Please do not shop here if you are supporting ************. These are political haters and Kwik Trip shall not tolerate that. Hey, Kwik Trip, open your heart, and let all the hates out!KWIK TRIP

I drove to the Plover Kwik Trip to get gas for my lawn mower and used my check card to buy $8 worth. After the lady handed me my receipt I tried to put the gas in my gas can and nothing came out. I went back into the store and told a male clerk the pump wasn't working. Even though I was holding the receipt in my hand, he asked if I paid for the gas. I said of course. He automatically went into a speel about how it didn’t register and if I wanted gas I had to give him another $8. I said I already paid for the gas and the pump didn't work. He said it was Kwik Trip's process and I should check my bank statement to see that I wasn't charged. I asked how he knew that I wasn't charged because it was only 10 minutes ago. I said I just wanted to go home and cut my grass. He said again, if I want gas, I need to pay another $8. All of a sudden a lady came up behind the clerk and said “if you don’t like our process, go to another gas station.” I went back to my car and called Kwik Trip customer service and waited on hold for 19 minutes and finally pressed 1 to have someone call me back. 10 minutes later Liz called from Customer Service and told her what had just happened. All she kept saying was that that is their process and I should check my bank statement. No concern as to the way I was talked down to or why it happened. I just told her she missed the point. The next day, I get a call from Lisa at Kwik Trip's financial department saying the exact same things, it is their process and I should check my bank statement. When I asked why this happened, she said I probably took too long to get to the pump for gas (3 maybe 4 minutes). I told her my account wasn't charged, and she was missing the point. She continued to go on and on about their process. I finally realized if Kwik Trip has a process for something like this happening no explanation, five different associates, it must happen more often than not and their concern was definitely not the customer.KWIK TRIP

I filled my vehicle up at the ********* store and 10 mins. outside of the store, my vehicle broke down. The damage to my vehicle was $3100 caused by watered down fuel. I have pictures and a mechanics statement that the damage to my vehicle was caused by bad fuel. I have been told by ********************* that it was not Kwik Trips fuel that caused the damage to my vehicle but how else would I get watered down fuel when I filled my tank when it was empty. There has been alot of rain in the area and there is a possibility that there could be a leak in one of the tanks. I am very unhappy that I have been essentially told that it is not Kwik Trips fault and I want to be reimbursed for the damage to my vehicle. I would give a zero star and will never go back to Kwik Trip if this is not resolvedKWIK TRIP

We take such claims seriously and immediately completed a thorough investigation. Ms. ***** was the only reported issue with our fuel during that timeframe. Over ***** gallons of unleaded fuel were dispensed at that store on that date. If the fuel was contaminated, all of the vehicles receiving fuel tank would have reported issues. We are sorry for Ms. ***** issues with her 2002 **** Explorer with ******* miles but our fuel did not cause the damage.Review fromWilliam L

Due to the recent fuel cost increases from suppliers at the applicable fuel terminal over the past several days, Kwik Trip increased the price for Regular Unleaded on 6/17/24. Kwik Trip consistently assesses the market to ensure that we are priced competitively, but at times, due to the fuel cost increases from our suppliers, have to adjust our prices.
