    Was completely taken advantage ********* group has reached out to me and informed me that the 400-600% interest on the various loans I have taken out with Lendumo was predatory. I was in a very difficult situation and did not realize just how bad of interest rates I signed up for. I still owe several thousand while I have paid this company thousands already.I called another installment company Rise Up Lending customer service and the same individual answered both the Lendumo customer service and the Rise Up Lending customer service call. Which was incredibly alarming.I asked the company for any change in interest rate, offered to pay the principal in monthly installments instead of biweekly and the best they could do was a 15% discount on the 500% interest ************** groups are informing I should not be reaching out to them any further looking for their help and work with them to get some of the my money back I wasted on these morally ethnically and criminally high interest rates in the high hundreds I have been paying on these loans. These loans have nearly ruined my life.

    They sent my loan to collections without asking to or providing resources to resolve it. I told them I had issues with payment and was told to pay what I could. Now they want me to contact a fake number to collections

    Took a loan of 400$ out from Lendumo. I have contacted them about their predatory loan practices and how they are breaking the law. They do not have a license to operate in ******* and they also break ******* usury law with the loan have an interest rate of 800%. They have already been in a lawsuit and lost due to their rent a tribe scheme where they use a tribal name and pay off the tribe for it so that they can do illegal loans. They are not owned/controlled by a tribe and do not operate on tribal land which means they have to abide by state/federal law, which makes any loan they give out illegal and unenforceable and any contract null and void. I will be contacting Indianas attorney general very soon for him to look into another lawsuit with this company. I hope theyre ready.

    I took a loan out on Friday, March 28th. I scheduled to pay it in full on Monday, March 31st. After I received an email saying if I would like to revoke the charge to call customer support. I called the next day to pay in full and they told me the couldnt cancel it because I had 3 business days to do it and the weekend isnt a business day. And since the charge is Monday I cant cancel. I wanted to pay it in full to prevent any penaltys at all.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I had already decided to no longer use your services moving forward so that didnt benefit me at all. I called to resolve my account earlier as promised that I could and was denied. 

    For a transaction to happen on a Friday and say 3 business days to change my payout (and actually being open for business on the weekends) is your company getting over on people. Instead of respecting that the consumer is thankful for your assistance.

    October 2024, I borrowed $1,400 from Lendumo. My Monthly payments were scheduled for $497.46 per month. I have paid them $1,89.84. They made $589.84 on this transaction. Lendumo is trying to force me to pay a larger rate at a 493%. This would be well over $10,000. I put a stop payment on ******* to ensure they would not try to charge my bank account. I am getting email messages stating they are trying to process a payment. I have paid them well over what I borrowed. It is my hope that you will contact them stating I have paid back my loan with a $589.84 profit.

    I took a loan out in December of 2023. Since then I have paid back the principal of the loan as well as interest. I did not realize that the interest would be over 400% and was accrued daily. I live in state of ******* where companies can not charge more then 18% and also shouldn't loan money to me since I had 2 pay day loans already in existence. Therefore I demand they close my account as settled. And I no longer want them to contact me or reflect anything negative on my credit report.

    I got a 900 dollar loan .upon the guy telling me the terms the phone started cutting in and out and I told him a few times I could not understand what he was saying .I asked the interest rate and the monthly pmts he never told me the interest he kept saying we needed to move forward ECT .he did say the pmts would be ****** for 3 months and yes it could be done without early pay off fees .so then I got an email after the loan was done that my bill was ******** (aprox) .that's 700% I think intrest or something like that help I never ever ever would sign up for something like that .the ****** for 3 months is what I was to believe would pay it off .help me please I'm on disability my entire check is ******. I. Have rent electric ECT .there's no way ******** .. .I am so dumb he did not ever say the intrest nor the entirety of damage I just can't believe it .it was on Feb 3rd 2025 Lendumo is their name and I c now they've been sued alot in the past for this i just am shocked .the phone cutting in and out during the reading of the terms should have been a big red flag !! I feel so stupid .thanks ****** *******

    Got a loan through this company lendumo, was told I only had to make 4 monthly payments of ******. Now, this is month 5 I was thinking it was paid off. Money came out of my SSI check so I called and now they r saying I have 7 more months left of payment at ******.

    They are not reputable company they charge $600% payback and I am a little off-kilter because of my mental status. They pretty much manipulated me into it.
