              I bought a used KIA ******* in January with a warranty. The engine stopped working within the first three months of purchase. The dealership from that point took the car to have service done on it, which the warranty did not cover, they repeatedly failed to keep me updated on the situation claiming their business traffic on their lack of communication. When the dealership was finally able to communicate with me they told me that the problem was minor and was easily fixable but now were seeking payment for a service that was poor. It took them 5 months to tell me that, and all the while no rental was being offered because again the warranty did not cover it. A lot of the services had to be asked for, the dealership took no responsibility in helping me with my dilemma and only seemed interested in getting a payment out of me rather than trying to get me my vehicle back in working condition and on the street again. It is now November, and I need a vehicle.

              So I took my Ford suv for transmission service. Now instead of getting a loaner car till they fix it. They denied me. Had to borrow my friends car. Now I had to leave my car there & got no loaner (I have warranty and states I could get a loaner if any work is being done to my car.) Instead of fixing my transmission they fixed my axle & my brakes, rotor. Left my car still there so they could finish but nothing. They charged me $2000. Now the point is this. This dealership just gave me the roundabout. I was not satisfied with their service starting from management ending with the mechanics.
