    Went to buy a 2024 Tahoe RST, test drove, loved it! What I had been looking for! Did the deal, no trade in, no financing. Get a phone call while eating supper, salesmen: "I made a mistake on the pricing", deal was done when we walked out the door, sorry. Which was also to include mud flaps on the vehicle when pick up came. "Yep, I'll get them ordered, and we can put them on". (which my GM points were used for purchase of these, $12 we would have to pay, fine, salesmen even put the app on my phone), go to pick up, no mud flaps, asked about them, yep, they'll be in tomorrow and you can put them on yourself, or you can pay to have our service dept. put them on, NOPE, we said no that was not the deal, you can't put them on here in your shop? "Nope, you can put them on yourself". 10 mins it would take to put them on, "nope, you can do it yourself". Left! We called back to talk to the Manager, he was gone, used car salesmen gets on the phone, we stated what had happened, were we happy of course not, did we let the manager know? Yes! Says the manager will call you tomorrow. Even the used car salesmen said he couldn't understand why they couldn't have put them on, it's only a 15-20 min job. He did, and says, you don't treat my salesmen that way, or talk to my salesmen that way. WELL: you don't tell your customers one thing, and do another! ~!!!!! So now they won’t sell the vehicle to me. Manager also stated he had heard the conversation, that they had it taped. Um, taped without consent! ILLEGAL! We were told by a couple friends to beware of Badger, one lives in **** *****, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt, we should have listened! Mind you, also asked the salesmen about another vehicle was interested in, LOST TWO SALES IN ONE DAY! Way to go Badger! TO MANAGER TROY: I just hope you got the correct story from your sales people, if you where the customer wouldn't you be a bit upset, trying putting the shoe on the other foot??????????!~! ~!~
