I purchased an order on 2/04/2025, and it was said to have arrived on 3/06/2025 over a month later. Unfortunately, this is not the case and I never received my $28 order. I reached out on 3/13/2025 about this, but I never got a response. I don't even need the order anymore, I'd just like a refund for my order that was never received.Business Response

I order a bunch of things a month ago on Jan 6. The tracking says it was delivered today, Feb 6, exactly a month after I made my order. And its no where to be found. Ive emailed them once and they told me they are legit and just to wait. When I realized that the package wasnt delivered today I emailed them again to ask for a refund or replacement. On dec 1st I purchased and ordered from elevated faith according the expected delivery date it originally was for the 14th of December. However that did not happen, I reached out the 11th to see why I still hadnt received the tracking number and I got a polite quick response saying there was a hold up due to Black Friday and that it would be 3-7 days after the package was shipped. Well it is now the 4th of January and the package still hasnt delivered. I reached out to them the 29th because they sent a message saying the package should have arrived, I am still waiting for a response. Hopefully this can be resolved. The tracking number says I should expect it the 24th of December but that was 11 days ago.Business Response

I made an order on elevated faith for a case and a phone charm for ***** on December 1st and still have not received the package, at this point I dont even want the package anymore I just want a refund. Much like the rest of the complaints here, it seems the only way to communicate with this company is by filing a report. I ordered my purchases on 12/1 and received an email on 12/11 saying the tracking number was assigned and product should be shipping out soon. Its now 12/21 and I cant get anyone to respond to any messages (email, social media, etc). I understand a little bit longer fulfillment time around Christmas, but absolutely I do not when they send a mass text out two days ago telling customers if they order by that day and choose 2-day shipping they will receive their orders by Christmas. How is that when I ordered 3 weeks ago and I wont be getting my girls gifts in time??? Im so frustrated. These complaints are from last Christmas season and yet here we are again with the same complaints. There should have been some better planning this year. I would like my items that I paid for before people that ordered after me, and for ANY communication. This could have been resolved easily if I could have just contacted someone directly.Business Response

I have been trying to get some help in figuring out why my order has not been shipped. All I get are texts asking me to buy more stuff.When I track my order (*******) on their website it says they received my order on Dec 2 and printed a mailing label on Dec 12. And there it sits. When I use the **** tracking number supplied on Dec 12, **** says they are still awaiting the shipment.The order includes items for my Granddaughter's Christmas. Looks like it's not gonna happen now.I have filled out the form for assistance on their website (twice!). They have texted me saying they see I have 'noticed" them. I have responded to those texts from them saying I need help with the order. I have emailed their customer service. Made online purchase from Elevated Faith on 11/24/2023, ORDER #*******. This was not my first purchase from them. Order was confirmed and my card charged immediately. I received notice on 12/05/2023 that at 10:58 AM, a *** ticket was created for this order, Tracking # 1Z023R4FYW28677820, which had an estimated delivery date of 12/07/2023. Tracking continues to show that a shipping label was created but *** have never received the package to ship. I gave a couple business days before following up since I still had not received my order and first contact to company was 12/11/2023. I received an auto response that I should hear back in 3-5 business days and if I email again, I will be put at the back of the queue. I did not get a response until 12/27/23 which was an automated message, "Thanks so much for your patience while we've worked to get this sorted for you. I just wanted to let you know your order is on the way and will arrive soon: [link to tracking site]. Thanks again for your patience and understanding!" I responded 12/28/2023 asking for someone to verify the location of the package with no response. I responded again 01/03/2024 for a status update, no response. I sent a new support request on 01/11/2024 asking about the order to which I got a response on 01/12/2024 that was the exact same automated message with the link to tracking. I reached out to the chat feature on the website a couple times with no response. Chat feature no longer available on website. I reached out the personal shopper via text several times, to which they said they would escalate the order for attention, and no resolution. I have received several emails to review the product, as well as emails asking how likely I am to refer a friend to Elevated Faith and to rate my experience with support. I cannot reach a real person, my requests for help are only getting automated email responses. I have called *** and they never received the package, this is unacceptable, I want my order.Business Response

Ordered sweatpants for full price and wanted to exchange them for a larger size. Went on to exchange on website and return form said final sale unable to exchange. My receipt and the website still does not state final sale. I have attempted to email them twice. Once on 12/25/23 and then again on 1/2/24 with no response from this company. Order #*******. Price paid was $49. Just want a larger size but cannot get anyone to contact me. This is supposed to be a faith based company and this is why I trusted them to be a reliable company. I ordered birthday gifts for my daughters want to be sent to ******* which has arrived and the other to be sent to ******** which has not arrived it was a coat that says God is always with me a tumbler and some stickers we have no tracking number we cannot contact this business so we have no way of knowing what's going on or what happened to this order or where it is I have emailed this place because that's on the way to contact them and I haven't gotten any response I have added my phone number and I'm not even a phone call so if I can get somebody to contact me and let me know what's going on with my order or send me a tracking number I would appreciate it.
