  We love our updated bathroom design and remodel by Allen Kitchen and Bath. We chose them for this project because they very flexible about working with “do it yourself” homeowners. This allowed us to do demolition, painting and installing the floor ourselves. This saved on cost. Laree ***** is an excellent designer and we enjoyed working with her. The project manager, Deanna was pleasant and easy to contact. The carpenter, Mike who is an employee of Allen Kitchen and Bath was pleasant and did excellent work. The workers cleaned up daily. We appreciated that they did not use a dumpster but hauled away debris daily. We had a cabinet with arrived with water damage from the cabinet company and Allen replaced it right away. . We had an excellent experience in all respects and would highly recommend them

  We had our tub/shower replaced with a shower and two bathroom vanity tops replaced. Our designer Joe, was wonderful & easy to work with.

  We refreshed 2 bathrooms and remodeled the 3rd. Totally flexible with providing the extent of work we requested. Skilled design service. Tied all three projects together to compliment our mid century design. Incredibly skilled fabrication and installation of our Corian countertops and shower base/surround - including a window frame! Loved our Carpenter who skillfully navigated the challenges of remodeling, without tearing everything out to start fresh. This was our second big remodel project with this company and we highly recommend them.

  We searched for a while to find the company we thought would be best to renovate our master bathroom. We picked a winner when we selected Allen Kitchen and Bath. Joe came to our condo and looked over the jacuzzi we wanted removed, the shower we wanted moved, the vanity we wanted replaced. He worked with us at his office to plan the details. He stayed in touch as the project proceeded. Clark, the lead carpenter and main contact for the work, was superb to work with. The new finished shower – no door, very spacious, great fixtures – is a delight to use. The look of the bathroom is beautiful. We are so happy that we chose Allen and so grateful to Joe and to Chad and their team for making this all happen.

  We had a bathroom remodel that was a total nightmare. Allen Kitchen and Bath are not only incompetent but also extremely unprofessional. From the very start everything they touched they ruined and tried to cover up. We needed 3 sets of showers doors because they were scratched and/chipped. The shelves in the shower were put on crooked and they chipped out bath tub in 3 different spots. They got texture all over my brand new vanity that I had a family member make and lied that it was there to begin with. The faucet on the sink was leaking and toilet was out on crooked. The transition piece between the tile and carpet was wrong. We were told they would order it and it took 3 months for anyone to get back to us. I had order it online and it was to my door in less than a week. We were lied to numerous times. Mistakes were covered up. The receptionist sent emails that were completely unprofessional. The bathroom should have taken less then 6 weeks to finish and it took 9 months. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

  We did in fact replace the Kohler Shower door 4 times...not 3. Only because they kept coming in with flaws in them. We did end up crediting the total cost of the Shower Door to the customer, because we agreed that this took too long. Unfortunately we do not make the shower doors in house, so we cannot control this. As for the transition pc, I did reorder a new piece after I did the final walk thru. We don't purchase product on the internet, we order it from our vendors. I am sorry this took longer. Sorry ***

  We were extremely knowledgeable, replaced and installed a broken timer for our sprinkler system in the quickest turnaround and also advised us on our kitchen cabinet door replacement options which our previous irrigation company never did because they only sent their servicemen to switch on and switch off. Allen and his team were very hands on and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  We were first time homeowners when we moved to Milwaukee 15 years ago, we knew we needed work on our 1915 Milwaukee home, but we didn't know better than to take the lowest bid. Allen Kitchen and Bath were terrible, they destroyed our house in the process of remodeling our bathroom. They opened up holes on two floors and took doors and latches off that worked with precision for a century. They saved money by not ventilating properly or using building code waste disposal, spewing dust across the house and poisoning our backyard and our neighbor's property which alone cost a fortune to clean up. They didn't do the remodel that was promised cutting so many corners the end result was a sad echo of what was originally promised, going 3 months over the estimated time to finish. Weeks would go by without any work being done, and it is our only bathroom. They would often leave doors open, we had three cats then. They threw out period bathroom fixtures, but worst of all they broke the shower pan installing it and yet left it in, left out a necessary layer of waterproofing around the bottom of the shower (so the tile was sitting on a weak porous board only), didn't install the drain pipe in line with the shower drain, weakened the floor to the bathroom (in the early 19th century Milwaukee brick houses had a thick layer of concrete) using a jackhammer INSIDE THE HOUSE, and put in leaky pipes to the shower head and bathtub. The result was heavy damage over the next decade to the dining room below (beautiful 1915 wood trim and shelving built into the walls) where there was one very clever access to the upstairs plumbing that the Allen plumbers never were able to find. The $50,000 remodel led to more than $60,000 over the years in repairs and eventually a good second remodel.

  We have been very impressed with Allen Kitchen and Bath for our major three room remodel. Our designer, Kathy W., has been very easy to work with and has great ideas. She is more than willing to lead us through all the selections. We appreciate them working with us to use our appliance store, doing demolition and working with another contractor. Gary is so knowledgeable and we appreciate his time looking at an old house's oddities to assure us the job can be done. I really needed a particular start date, as other basement work is being done first, and they scheduled perfectly. I like the time line chart. They have great choices and price ranges in materials. I am currently recommending them to anyone I speak about this. And then we receive a thank-you gift of cookies with a personal message. I feel if they pay this much attention to details we are in safe hands.
