            Midwest Rocktops did a horrible job installing my countertops and refuses to take responsibility for it. Once they got the deposit for the job they were done. It was all on me after that. The owner, *****, will not correct any of the work. The stove opening is bigger than the measurements I gave them. They acknowledge that in the attached emails. His response was that with the way appliances are being back ordered (months) to just give him a call if a new one didn't work out. Why shouldn't I get an opening with the measurements I gave regardless? That's what I paid for and they admit is was their error. In addition to that the seams are horrible. They are uneven (one of them is just ridiculous) and the the filling they put in to cover of the gap is coming out. I've attached pictures of this. I emailed the owner on July 4th and again on July 16th with no response. They did not provide what I paid for and now they won't even respond to my emails.Thank you,*************************

            Love my new granite countertops from Midwest Rock tops. I showed up out of chance that they would be able to help me as the construction company I used had a company come in an do a horrible job. From the moment I walked into the shop Tammy K was so helpful showing us around and pulling up stones to make sure we had a perfect match. Brian came out to the house to templating and so fast to get me awesome picture layouts with multiple options to view from. The crew that came to my house knew exactly what they need to get done and worked quickly. I loved working with everyone here and highly recommend them for any project. The only issue I would have is that my island was install slightly crooked but I still would recommend them.
