I was banned from Fetch Rewards with 271 dollars worth of points for scanning false receipts. I wasnt aware that this was not allowed, and I didnt even think that I would get banned from it. I want to kindly request I get to spend the points that I have actually earned, because it would be unfair to take away the money that was not obtained in any way against the policy. I have been promoting the Fetch Rewards app to friends, family, and people on the internet and I got many new members on the app. I have worked hard and long to save up for gift cards, and I absolutely love the app. Please, I promise I now understand and WILL NEVER again use false receipts for my own good. Fetch Rewards suspended my account and I want to have it back. I have saved a bunch of tokens and I am very disappointed that they have made be unable to use ANY of them. I buy diapers for the future when I will have a baby. I am asking that they please give me my account back. They have not even given me an explanation about why they have done this. Just because I scan a lot of receipts of Huggies diapers doesnt mean I deserve to get suspended. I was just trying to get a **** gift card, and it was processing yesterday. Hi i own a small daycare and i buy a lot diapers and i saw that there was a club on fetch rewards for it and i joined and started scanning all my recipts the ones i bought today and some from the 8th 9th 10th and stuff and my fetch rewards account has been suspended. I know i didnt get suspended for being inactive because i was just scanning yesterday. I have a large family and they recently had another baby so my family is supporting me bye paying me money for the taking care of there baby. Please un suspended me for this mistake. I started using Fetch Rewards last year around this time. Things were well, until I was banned. Never once did participate in fraudulent activity, but that's what I was accused of. I thought I was ghosted, but eventually I was given the option to make a new account. I assume they realized the mistake that was made. My points were gone on this account for so long, I figured there was no point in keeping it anyway. I made my new account a week ago. Within a week I was banned again. For the same "fraudulent activity". I emailed the email provided several times asking for proof and got the same automated message over and over again. I had ****** points and two gift cards pending. I will not leave this alone like last time. I love this app, I am well off but I struggle with several mental disorders and Fetch is a source of retail therapy for me. It has in fact helped me, It gives me something to look forward to in life. So I especially don't think it's fair for me to be banned twice for something I've never done. There is no proof of my receipts being edited because they aren't. I understand the caution as I use the app extremely frequently, I will slow down if needed. But I would like for Fetch to unfreeze my account for this false accusation. I submitted a complaint earlier but didn't have the chance to respond due to my lifestyle. My account has remained deactivated but Fetch Rewards has yet to accurately justify this action.Business Response

Hello! I appreciate your fast responses. I respect this business, regardless of my current situation. Looking back I feel I *** have been too harsh. Though the concern remains. In the app I have the same access to my past reciepts. I find myself searching for anything that *** have given off the aura of fraudulent activity. Though, I cannkt find anything. I am perfectly fine with the banning of my account if you could please provide proof of such action. The intended reasoning is valid. However, not for me. Could you please provide proof?

Well, thats fine. Clearly I have done something wrong that I cannot see. If my account cannot be reactivated, could I at least get proof? You do not have to review my account again to provide that. I've asked from the start in every conversation I have had with Fetch and it is always avoided. If my fraudulent activity is so clear, what's the hesitation? I would understand if it went against your rules as an employee but you can't even tell me that. When I put it my time going to the store, and when I spend my money purchasing products for this company, you cannot expect me to be nonchalant about things like this. I have things in my home that I don't even use. If I have committed an act that was deserving of me being permanently banned, then of course that is justified. I wouldn't be fighting this if I knew I did something wrong. I'm clearly not the one in power here and this entire time it feels like Fetch has just used that to their advantage. It is very rare that when accused of something that you are punished for it when the other party cannot defend their claim, I don't understand why that has to happen here.

During our review, we discovered that this user is encouraging fraudulent behavior and spreading misinformation across social media related to their account. Although we encourage our users to share their referral codes online, fraudulent activity can create a negative experience for our current and future users. After an opportunity to remove the posts, the user did not. Due to this, we have made the decision to keep this user deactivated.

I donated money to ******* come to find out it is some gimmick that doesn't work the directions are invalid on how to use the claim reward and when i go to the charity site it wants a card number that fetch does not give you. July 1st,2022 Fetch is banning me because they say I used some sort of "obscured" receipt which is untrue.Fetch you guys have not given me anyway to show that I have purchased and if you think my receipt is obscured in a way don't you think you should tell me? If you told me my receipts were obscured, I would've made sure they weren't.
