  The BBB post mentioned they cause me to have an infringement against my business.  It would help to understand how BizFilings is the source of the infringement.
  
  The filing of a *** in the state of ************ involves (then, and now) undertaking a preliminary name check with the appropriate ***** Agency.  Your *** Name Check was completed September 25th, 2020 with the ************ ********** of ************ BizFilings does not have the ability to expand the search outside of the required agency, nor does the ************ ********** of ***** when they receive your application.
  
  Further, the *** order form and article on our website (*** (Doing Business As Name) - File A *** Online | Wolters Kluwer) offers additional details to our customers in case the extra context is helpful to their situation.  We explain that registering a *** typically does not reserve the name against future use by another party.  In most cases,registration of a *** or fictitious business name is for public notice only and should not be presumed that the registrants rights to own or use the name are protected.  In order to protect your business name, you should consider registering a trademark.
  
  There are notes in your account surrounding calls you had made into our **************** team.  On May 6th, 2022 a team member offered you the contact information for a trademark company in case that is a filing you wish to pursue, and discussed the filing involved in changing your *** name with the ************ ********** of ************ That process was also described in the calls you placed to our **************** team on October ********, as well as March 29th 2023.

  biz fillings in reference to Esmes boutique the first business I used the company for In I called with the same problem I told biz fillings that Esmes boutique name was already taken in aske about trade marketing Esmes boutique after problems I decided to change business name due to two many companies with that name then I purchased ******************* fashions with the company in the same thing happened this is unexceptional

  Do you have questions on how to check your name with agencies outside of the PA ********** of *****?  There are companies that provide both trademark and domain services but BizFilings does not work with agencies outside of the PA ********** of *****, and this was covered with you when you called our team in 2022, and early 2023.
