It looks like your post is regarding BizFilings Order #******* placed September 24th, 2020, and completed October 16th, 2020.
The BBB post mentioned they cause me to have an infringement against my business. It would help to understand how BizFilings is the source of the infringement.
The filing of a *** in the state of ************ involves (then, and now) undertaking a preliminary name check with the appropriate ***** Agency. Your *** Name Check was completed September 25th, 2020 with the ************ ********** of ************ BizFilings does not have the ability to expand the search outside of the required agency, nor does the ************ ********** of ***** when they receive your application.
Further, the *** order form and article on our website (*** (Doing Business As Name) - File A *** Online | Wolters Kluwer) offers additional details to our customers in case the extra context is helpful to their situation. We explain that registering a *** typically does not reserve the name against future use by another party. In most cases,registration of a *** or fictitious business name is for public notice only and should not be presumed that the registrants rights to own or use the name are protected. In order to protect your business name, you should consider registering a trademark.
There are notes in your account surrounding calls you had made into our **************** team. On May 6th, 2022 a team member offered you the contact information for a trademark company in case that is a filing you wish to pursue, and discussed the filing involved in changing your *** name with the ************ ********** of ************ That process was also described in the calls you placed to our **************** team on October ********, as well as March 29th 2023.

I want biz fillings to change the name of ******************* fashions with out me having to pay a third time to the same company . Biz fillings is responsible for my business issues haveing the same name TWO TIMES

Because *** name choice ******************* Fashions was available with the PA ********** of ***** on September 25th, 2020 the name you chose was filed by the PA ********** of ***** on October 2nd, 2020 and the attached evidence was supplied from the ***** office.

Do you have questions on how to check your name with agencies outside of the PA ********** of *****? There are companies that provide both trademark and domain services but BizFilings does not work with agencies outside of the PA ********** of *****, and this was covered with you when you called our team in 2022, and early 2023.
Are you interested in using BizFilings to register another ***? If so, we are glad to work with you again but only if you are clear that we our *** service is exclusively to file the name with PA ********** of *****, and, we will only search the *** name choice with the PA ********** of *****. bizfilings.com invoiced my business for a service that I never requested: Registered ************** for my Account Number *******. They claimed the **** was due 2/1/2021. I informed them I did not request the service. Regardless, they sent the **** to a collection agency, *************************, who has been harassing me ceaselessly via email, phone and US mail. They are falsely claiming I have an unpaid debt to them of $199.00.I have requested again they cancel this false claim for service and payment.Business response

As of today - September 7, 2021 - Business Filings Incorporated is no longer serving as Registered Agent for this entity, and our collection efforts for that service will cease.
On August 1, 2020, this customer placed an order via our website at 1:38pm CST. The order was for the formation of an LLC in the state of Georgia, and the selection to have Business Filings Incorporated serve as Registered Agent was submitted as part of the order. The attached Articles of Organization - which were provided to the customer in August 2020 - show that our ********************** was the Registered Agent. It is a service that we provide for free for six months, and then we invoice for the following year. The invoice notices this customer received were for that service.
This entity has now filed a Change of Agent filing with the state of Georgia, and we are no longer serving as Agent. We will not pursue the amount owed since 2/1/2021. If a notice arrives (that *** have already been mailed out), it should be discarded.
