We placed an order for a refrigerator in February 2022. The unit was delivered in March 2023. By August 2023 the unit stopped cooling and we needed to wait another six weeks for a replacement to be delivered. We lived out of a mini fridge for that time. Both refrigerators arrived without a dairy bin. When the original refrigerator was delivered, I called to place the dairy bin order. Apparently, they do not transfer the dairy bin order to the replacement refrigerator even though they knew they were delivering the replacement refrigerator without the part - this is all unbeknownst to me. When I called to check on the dairy bin order, I was told my order would be effective today putting me in line with people who had their refrigerator delivered in November 2023. They have since lied multiple times about the delivery date now claiming March 2024 - a whole year after my original refrigerator was delivered. I asked about compensation instead of the dairy bin since I've essentially learned to live without one. They are not offering anything to customers. I would expect much better customer service from a company selling such "high-end" appliances. I received better customer service over a can of shaving cream.

Bought a wine cooler (DEC3050) and had many issues- took 18 months, then the WiFi didnt work and had 6 service calls before they figured it out. Now we find out that the subzero users app doesnt really monitor the temperature. What use is it if you cant see the actual temps in a wine cooler with 150 bottles? Subzero better figure this out

We inherited an Wolf gas range from the previous owners. One of the selling points was the brand of Wolf gas range. The previous owners bought it for around 8000 dollars in 2013-2014. For a product which costs so much, we trust the brand , quality and durability of the product. Since last year we had so many issues with gas range. Finally we called the authorized service technicians and we had to replaced all the 6 burners and few other parts. The technicians also mentioned the knobs might be an issue and permanent replacement is needed. But we could not afford replacement, we spend almost 2000 dollars in fixing it. For a product which cost so much , its parts are not durable and quality is questionable . Also the replacement parts costs are very high. Would not recommend Wolf gas range to anyone

Ordered $32K worth of appliances, waited 14 months. Then the refrigerator arrives without a part and they have been lying about when it will be delivered. Almost 20 months after placing the order, the part is not here. The company is a joke.

We have a Cove dishwasher, serial number ******** in our house. It was installed in April 2021. It does not have fingerprint resistant stainless steel, so it looks horrible most of the time. At the two-year mark the coating on the racks began to separate and rust is coming through. The hinges are low quality steel and are rusting. The main circuit board failed this year, and it took a month for them to ship the part. Shortly after that, it started failing again. They diagnosed the pump and pump censor as the issue. This time it took them three months to ship the parts. The dishwasher still did not work, and Cove concluded that the memory card failed because it was inactive so long. We are now awaiting that part. This is a terrible company and an awful, grossly overpriced product. Cove dishwashers cost around $2500, For the same amount of money you could buy 4 quality competing dishwashers and have much cleaner dishes, fewer fingerprints, and less rust. Subzero was apparently trying to create a rival to the higher end dishwasher brands and failed miserably., Their customer service, as experienced by us, is sluggish at best.

We have a 650 sub zero refrigerator that has never made ice consistently, It was 3 years old when we moved into house. We stayed at a beach house in ************ ** and that sub zero frig. Also was not making ice at all. I would not recommend a sub zero refrigerator.

We purchased a SubZero wine cooler in 2015. They discontinued the model in 2016 and now our cooler has broken down and SubZero no longer has replacement parts available. We inquired at the main office. They could not help us. Lesson learned: Buy the latest model available.

Very disappointed. Debating if I should have bought a Thermador Fridge instead. We placed our order for a 42 Sub Zero fridge on 8/05/22. We understood that it may take a while, but it has now been pushed out / delayed 3 times! We are now told our delivery is 9/21/23. That is over 13 months. This is getting ridiculous! Im scared that it may get pushed out again. Thermador is looking much better right now!

Great appliances-IF you ever receive them. I ordered a Sub-zero 36” French door refrigerator in March 2022. At that time, I was quoted a December arrival. That turned into April 2023 which turned into May 2023. Now it’s June 2023 and I can’t even get an expected date. Meanwhile, the refrigerator that I was replacing has died and I am using a refrigerator in my detached garage about 200 feet from my home. I just want to know when I will get what I ordered. I had planned on purchasing a Wolf range but I am reconsidering that at this point.

I placed a $60k order for a brand new kitchen remodel in Jan 2022. The latest delivery was supposed to be Jan/Feb 2023. All of a sudden when the first delivery came my ice maker that was "in stock" when I ordered it was given a May 2023 delivery date. As we got closer to my Fridge/Freezer Jan/Feb 2023 delivery it was pushed out again with unknown delivery, then a May delivery. With two weeks until my expected delivery I reached out to confirm and now we are out until end of June 2023 (18 months afte placing an order!) Unbelieveable that you can charge 20k for a fridge and not even communicate delivery delays. not to mention my 60" range arrived with two burners that were inoperable. Had I known of SubZero's deceitful tactics I would have NEVER considered buying what is supposed to be top of the line applicances and customer service from them. They couldnt care less about their customers and offer nothing in return when customers are trying to plan for deliveries. Kudos to their marketing team for creating a brand known for being tops in the industry. All words that they can't stand behind. Absolutely disgraceful.
