    I purchased the allergy amulet on 1/28/21 for $154.50. It was a pre order. I have received emails that the orders were shipped over the past 2 years and that they would be coming out in batches as they filled the orders. I have inquired several times for updates on the expected date of my order and have not received any response. I paid with my **** card. I really wanted this product for my daughter and have been waiting patiently, but it seems like it is never coming. Before I file a dispute with **** I'd like to know if it is still coming.

    The manufacturing process is complicated and has taken more time than anticipated. We have communicated clearly that customers are able to get a full refund at any time. We have refunded your AMEX for the full amount. You should receive the funds within 30 days. We wish you the best of luck managing your daughter's food allergies, and hope to gain you back as a customer when we open the shop for peanut detection!
