I called to schedule my son a ride on 1-29-25 and his appointment is February 3rd. The rep I spoke with for 15 mins told me to call back within two hours to get the ride details. I called back the 30th and stayed on the phone for over an hour. My son has been waiting on this appointment for over 6 months. They told me it was nothing they can do and this ride is now considered a short notice. How? I have a 72 hours notice. I call the insurance today January 31st so they can approve this now short notice ride only for access2care to tell them no because they have to wait 24-48 hours to get it in the system. I've left messages for managers and I'm waiting for a call back. These people are playing with people health and have no sense of compassion or common sense. They are not documenting call records but all calls are recorded and monitored right? They are not doing their jobs and is inconveniencing clients. They said to reschedule his appointment. That will be another 6-9 month wait. They are terrible and need to be closed or train new people.

Rec’d A call from the driver, Ron W at 10:45am regarding slow 12 o’clock pick up. My scheduled appt time for my dr appt was 12:30pm. This driver was inconsiderate and did not give me enough time to schedule my own Uber or Lyft ride. Access to tear customer service did not try to accommodate me in anyway.

**Review for Access2Care** ?? (1/5 stars) I wish I could give Access2Care a glowing review, but unfortunately, that's far from the case. As a medical transport service, you'd expect a certain level of professionalism and competency, but this company completely missed the mark. First off, let’s talk about the staff. Honestly, I’m not sure where they’re finding these people, but I'm pretty convinced they weren’t properly trained before being thrown into this job. My first interaction with a representative was so frustrating that they actually hung up on me! Can you believe that? You’d think I was asking for rocket science instead of just some basic transport arrangements. After that delightful experience, I called back hoping to speak with a supervisor. Instead, I got another representative who told me the supervisor wanted to know what I wanted first. Really? How about you send me to the supervisor so I can explain the mess you all have created? Such a strange approach to customer service. Not to mention, their basic data entry skills seem to be non-existent. Simple tasks like scheduling a ride seem to be too complicated for this crew. I genuinely have no idea how they secured any sort of government contract with the level of disorganization I’ve encountered here. If you’re looking for reliable medical transport, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Access2Care. There are better options out there! Just don’t get sucked into the chaotic whirlwind that is this company. Save yourself the headache!

Completely unprofessional. Driver had been smoking marijuana in the car, was late, and they tell you you have to be ready within 5 minutes or they'll leave you. Could not schedule a ride to the other side of town and back. I finally called Medride which is covered by ********* 100 % better service and professional too.

What a joke! I truly cannot believe that this place is still in business. I too like the other people had an appointment scheduled for my mother took the day off. We were waiting for over an hour. No one called to tell us that the ride had been canceled when I called, they said it was due to an emergency. I’m thinking what type of emergency Would they need? A driver for they could’ve called 911 my mom has two infected teeth. she needed to go to the dentist to get them removed and my mind that’s an emergency. This is totally unacceptable and this place should be closed down plus it takes forever to talk to anybody on the line and when asked to talk to a supervisor they told me I would have to leave a message and they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. I need immediate attention with this Horrible.

I called to book a wheelchair ride for my mother. They scheduled the ride for the next day and confirmed the pickup time. On the following day, no one showed for the pickup to the doctor appointment. I called and they told me that no driver was assigned and that someone should have told me that the ride was not confirmed. I'm not sure why a disorganized company with poor customer service can be contracted to Aetna for transportation services.

Do you not ride with these people. Ive had my Cancer appointment ride set up for over a month. The night before I found out that they had canceled my ride three days prior. They never told me never said anything to me I wouldve been standing out there at 7 oclock in the morning waiting for my ride when there wasnt one coming because they never notified me. They are risking my life they put my life in danger if I can swing my Cancer appointment that is necessary that Im there you cannot trust these people they were very rude customer service, people, and the kids and even have a conversation cant even put a sentence together. They are very rude. Find another ride if you want to get to your appointment.

Would give zero stars. I have **************** and they use Access 2 Care. I have to use a ****** mostly for balance and to keep from falling. Have already broken hip and badly bruised left ribs from falls. Was requesting and getting van with ramp to walk up using ******. Starting about 2 or 3 weeks ago they told me I couldn't use ****** anymore because it was for wheelchairs and scooters only. Now I have no way to get to doctor's. Without doctor I can't get medications for very severe psychological disorders. Become suicidal without them. They said to buy a wheelchair then I could use ramp. I don't have the money for a wheelchair and of course they said they wouldn't pay for it. I am going to have to switch insurance companies I guess. I am reporting them to every governmental agency and searching for lawyer for all the severe emotional distress they are causing me and clearly violating my rights, Title I I of the Americans with Disabilities Act
