    Summary of the Issue:I am filing a formal complaint against MTM Transit (formerly Veyo) for denying my mileage reimbursement for medical trips between April 1, 2024, and mid-June 2024. Despite following all protocols and having documented proof, my claims were denied without valid justification.Complaint Details:Background:I have used Veyo for two years for mileage reimbursement for driving to medical appointments.In February 2024, Veyo transitioned to MTM Transit. My trips from February 1, 2024, to March 30, 2024, were reimbursed without issue.Incident:I scheduled and completed my trips from April 1, 2024, to mid-June 2024, obtaining signed trip logs from my medical office daily.On June 21, 2024, I was informed there was no record of my trips from April 1, 2024, to mid-June 2024. Denied Reimbursement Customer Experience:The first representative set up my future appointments but couldn't address the missing records and referred me to an operational supervisor.The supervisor, "*****," was rude and dismissive, stating their system doesn't make mistakes and refused to process my reimbursement despite my documentation.***** advised me to file a complaint, but based on numerous similar complaints on BBB (1 / 5 stars), I have little faith it will be fixed.Supporting Information:I have daily signed trip logs for every visit from April 1, 2024, to mid-June 2024.I have been a consistent user of this service for two years without previous issues.Desired Resolution:Immediate review and processing of my mileage reimbursement claims for the trips mentioned above.Assurance this issue will not recur, with improvements in customer service to prevent similar situations.Additional ********* standard response from MTM Transit on BBB complaints often redirects complainants to file a formal complaint on their website, which does not result in resolution. I am providing all relevant details to ensure my profile can be identified, with no excuse for inaction.

    You call and schedule a trip weeks in advance. Then call to confirm and they havent done anything in regards to the trip. You are told that the travel team have left for the day and there is nothing to do about it. You are out of luck for any help with them. Some of the rudest people work for this company. On the rare occasion that the person knows what they are doing or are trying to help they dont understand why things havent been done the way they are suppose to be.
