      I cant believe they have an A+ rating at BBB.I met manager Abby ****** in 2015 at *** where she was fired for giving 4 veterans eviction notices for non payment of rent. We had paid rent,but she could not account.She was fired and held it against me as I ran into her again at Anchor management when I moved to *** ** ****** **.Here she waged surreptitious slander behind my back as was evident by the biased angry reactions by the other people at Anchor. And she refused to make repairs in my apt for a long period of time.So I called **** county building inspection and Jose ***** came to my apt,( too bad for Abby ).Jose ***** recommended court and it was incredibly humiliating for her.She found out the judge was "not in her loop" and did not believe her manipulated pictures or false testimony. Her attorney was duped and stupefied as clearly she lied to him also.At one point in the trial he was talking at me during the trial,you didn't tell me that! he would cry ( he would not speak to me or my attorney Mr.******* ***** before hand). I did not react so he cried to the judge "no one told me!"At this time Abby ****** was sunken in her seat looking down,when it was over I have never seen anyone run so fast-she was gone before you could say ,over and out! Her attorney still stupefied was crying to bailiffs in the hallway,I want his name I want his address!

      I want to leave a negative 5 We rented an old house from them. Rent initially started off as $1350 and now up to $1580. Where do I start: 1-the house has all old appliances. You can only cook one thing at a time in the oven. Had maintenance come out to fix oven because the pilot kept going out. Guy said the entire thing needed to be replaced but management didn’t want to replace. Told him to basically put a bandage on it. Stove counter top needed to be replaced because it was old. They didn’t want to but had no choice. Kitchen faucet had to be replaced because it kept leaking. Toilets kept giving us problems. They would send people out to bandage it and not fix. Toilets leaked all over house.The plumbing is horrible. 2: spider problem is ridiculous. Keep having to spray around the house. 3: old trees around the house. Had to have one cut down so it wouldn’t fall on the house. They came out immediately for that. Couldn’t take that chance of losing the rent money. 4: not to mention we live next door to the nastiest person in the world. Never cuts their yard and have a family of possums living in their backyard so every night we can’t go outside or have anything at night because of the possums. It is not worth the rent they want us to pay. I didn’t even list all the other problems we have. The carpet is coming up in the doorway. Also, there is a tree in the front yard that drops berries when spring start and ends after summer, that the flies and possums love to eat. Don’t leave your car in the driveway because that crap will fall over your car and it’s hard to come off when you wash it. The house needs to be completely upgraded if it wants people to pay that ridiculous high amount for rent. We will not be renewing our rent when it’s up next year. Unforeseen circumstances (Covid) is why we had to sign again. I hope all their properties aren’t like the one we live in because this one is HORRIBLE

      Anchor Property Management is really a huge scam. these people are parasites that attempt to extract money from unsuspecting tenants.

      They are to take condo fee automatically. Last month they took out 3 months at once not giving me notice there was a delay in payment causesing ******** up my bank account. This month they haven't done so yet and they are supposed to do so on the first
