    I bought a car from this place. When asked if it was in an accident, the dealer replied "no and it only had one previous driver". I noticed a small paint chip and didn't think anything of it. When looking at my car, there is a crack in one of the creases so we pulled the bumper off and it had been repaired and you can tell the clear coat is coming off from a previous paint job. I then called got the car fax report that they were supposed to provide, but later tells me its only on their wesbsite when the car is on the lot. They pulled the car off the lot before going to ***** t it. It turns out it was in an accident and the front was damaged and repaired. There box is checked that it should be checked by a ******** specialist for structural damage. This was not clear and they did not dislcose this information upon buying the car. The carfax noted that a collision specialist should look at the car in the event of strucutural damage which was never dislcosed either.

    I have reached out to the customer and want to get the issues resolved. Waiting on a call back from her. Can you give me a call though? In reviewing the claim it looks like there have been multiple attempts from BBB to contact us about this, however I hadnt received anything until your phone call. I think the issue lies in the fact that the complaints are filed under Pietroske GM at the same address and addressed to *********************************** (the former owner). Broadway purchased the dealership from Pietroske roughly 3 years ago and if complaints were trying to be sent to Pietroske as opposed to Broadway about this we would not have received them until you made the phone call on Friday.
