      I highly recommend that you steer clear of Baileigh Industrial. There customer service is beyond terrible. I purchased a sander from them. It arrived with visible damage due to poor packing and a very poorly constructed crate. I called and they agreed to compensate me for accepting the damaged machine. They then changed their tune and refused to honor their agreement. Secondly the drum on the sander was out of round by .010. They said it could be months before they could determine whether or not the drum could be replace under warranty. Their attitude was terrible and not at all conducive with standing behind their product or working towards customer satisfaction. Very disappointing.

      First time caller to this business today. Really disappointing interaction with sales/tech member Craig. Website contains no information on machine footprint and electrical requirements for many pieces of equipment. Craig decided to talk over me and argue that the information is there. I shared that I thought it would be helpful to have someone review their online catalog and update with this information. Craig then shared that this information is not shared due to patents. Then shared that the web site is buggy and in need of updating and but that I am simply missing the correct steps to find it. Even though I asked for help locating it. Would NOT recommend to others.
