Last November Brennan Fraser Roofing replaced our roof, removing our gutters in the process. The gutters were improperly re-installed and are falling off and collecting water.Brennan Fraser is hard to contact. The salesperson (supervisor of the team) ************************* refuses to answer his calls and emails and text messages. The "Contact" page on their website (https://brennanfraser.com/contact/) is obviously not working since my confirmation always comes from the unrelated <*******************************> address.We are not happy with the company, their communication practices, or the quality of their work.

Hello,
The Gutters were not taken off when we did the roof replacement, they were simply worked around while replacing the edge metal. If the gutters are coming off it might be due to rotten fascia wood that they are attached to. The Gutters or fascia wood were not part of the project. I am not responding to their request because they asked me not to and I attached a screenshot of that request for your review. Thank you.
