    I purchased a vehicle in May of 2023...2 days later there was an issue with the muffler hanging I didn't get my newly purchased car back until July 13, few days pass there is a noise that sounds like clunk...I take it back in to be informed the left axle is broken and I'd have to pay over 9 hundred dollars for that issue for a car I had driven all of 2 times since purchased. I was then told that issue would be covered under warranty only to have another issue once that issue was resolved this time it was the strut im wondering to myself why was not all of this inspected before selling me this piece of **** only to get **** for an explanation. The sales Manager Ken offered no assistance no empathy just nothing..fast forward December im expressing yet another issue the car that was purchased 6 months agonhas..this time it's the Trans mount and the tech calls me to say the vehicle wasn't covered and I'd have to pay over **** bucks only to find out that the service advisor Austin never even called the warranty company. How do I know because I called myself and they informed me that no one had called regarding my vehicle. The advisor calls me back to tell me what I had already found out for myself, the Trans mount was covered and again I'm without my vehicle for who knows how long no option for a loner or anything just lies and half done work by amatos techs. Of course I was told I can drive the car until parts come in and bring the car back, what an inconvenience. AMATO IS TRASH INWOULD NOT SEND THE LAST MAN ON EARTH TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM LET ALONE HAVE THEIR SERVICE TECHS PREFORM HALF JOBS ON THE VEHICLES AND LEAVE CUSTOMERS FEELING LIKE THEY ARE JUST BEING TOLD ANYTHING! IVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED WITH A COMPANY BEFORE IN MY LIFE BUT THIS DOES IT FOR ME..

    Amato hyundai had my hyundai tucson for over two months, needing repairs to the engine My truck as out the shop for three days then I was stranded on the side of the road. Engine overhead, possibly cause damage to my new engine. After getting my car towed back to Amato(truck back in the shop for 4days). The certified mechanic didn't properly install all the pieces to the engine. Poor workmanship, I was completely inconvenient, I was never offended any type of compensation for being inconvenient. Never by a vehicle from Amato

    I purchased a package for an oil change from the company. The company used to give a card that you had to swipe in order to retrieve your oil changes. They eventually changed this rule and switched to all of your services would be stored in their computer and you didn't have to use the card. I brought the card in and asked them to check how many oil changes I had left. I was told by ***, several times, that all he could do is find my oil changes and he couldn't tell me which oil changes were paid for and which ones were marked as free (from using the card).He told me there was nothing else available on my card without even checking the card.I asked him at least 5 times to email me this info for my records and he told me he was and never did. I eventually received an email from him one day saying due to my bad report/ survey on my service he would not be able to help me any longer. He refused to talk to me and transferred me to his supervisor() who was worse than him. The supervisor was supposed to email me before the holiday and I still have NOT received anything from him. I requested to speak to the owner(supervisor over him) and was told the man's name was **/PJ. Left a message for ** and still have not received a call back. This is the worse place to purchase a vehicle from. The mechanic had my vehicle smelling like marijuana after doing my oil change and the supervisor had to go out to my car and spray febreeze to get the smell out(which didn't work). Never shop at this place as you would be disappointed. They can never keep service employees and everyone is rude. They do not respect you and treat women really bad. Spoke to ****** (service tech that left and went to a new location) and she told me that there is a way to check the cards and that they probably just don't know where the machine is. ****** is always willing to help in any way she can. I have worked with her for 14 plus years and she is always good. Of course they didn't even try to look or help me
