I bought a mobile home in the Forest Junction Community park on 3/31/2021... On their Used Home Disclosure Statement Dated 3/31/2021 It states that they did an inspection on that day... NO INSPECTION WAS EVER DONE!! I was their all day and on top of that the water wasn't even turned on!! On the inspection sheet tho #9 states "I am aware of damage and or defects in the plumbing system (including the water heater, water softner) that is included in the sale... It's check NO!! I went over a MONTH with no water being told by Tanissa I******* that I could just use the office shower until my water was fixed... According to Tanissa my trailer needed a meter... I called the water company and they said it would be at least 2 weeks for them to get me a new water meter because the one that was at my trailer was broken... Well Tanissa decided to have her husband who IS NOT CERTIFIED use the old broken meter... When the water was turned on I had not hot water and no pressure... Look under the trailer and the pipes are cover with pool noodles and water is just pouring out... I cut the tape on one of the pool noodles from my water pipe and it's spraying EVERYWHERE and underneath my trailer is flooded!! I call management they said they would have someone come look at it... I was NEVER notified when they were coming or that they had came to make repairs... I wasalso never told what repairs were done... I shut the water off to the inside of my trailer at this time... Then I get told by a Amy P***** that she would take care of my water bill... Well do to all this both Amy and Tanissa decided to team up and get their so called Atty Michael S**** involved and tell me that I am not allowed to have contact with ANYONE who works for the mobile home park or Home Source one... I get notice after notice of lease violation yet it things they should have done prior to selling the mobile home like pressure washing my trailer weeks after buying it... Wanted me to clean up my yard when they left a 4 foot deep trench wide open with a pile of gravel in my yard... While moving in I moved my car on to the grass so I go get my truck and trailer out to go to the storage unit 2 minutes down the road for another load... The maintenance man Gary H****** sits and watches me park my car on the grass backs his truck up to continue watching me... I leave to get a load took about 30 minutes and I have a note on my door stating I needed to remove my illegally parked vehicle... I had a patio table and chairs outside and was told I wasn't allowed to have it cause it was a kitchen table... Not sure how many peoples kitchen tables have a whole in the middle for an umbrella... Then after 12 notices which NOT one of these notices stated anything about my dogs... Then do to me complaining and almost getting attacked by the managers extremely vicious Great Dane **** near mauled my face off... Then I get a notice in July stating I had unauthorized occupants living in my home and I wasn't allowed to have my service animals because of their breed!! I was taken to court and after being harassed since day one I was kicked out of my home... I have been trying to contact Home Source One/ Asset Development Group since April... You call the number provided and you get an answering service every time and they always tell you someone will call you back within 1-2 days... It's September almost October and I have been calling since April!!! Is this a real company?? I mean their lawyer Michael S**** doesn't even have a number for contacting him... This just seems really fishy to me and I feel I have been taken advantage of!! I just want my money back that I paid for my mobile home... I moved in April 1 2021 and moved out over the 4th of July weekend... So I am looking for a way of contacting this company... I am court ordered to do things yet this company is doing everything they can to jeopardize my mobile home... Can't have contact with anyone and not allowed on the property I have asked for the link to pay my lot rent online with absolutely no response so I'm late on that now... It seems like they scammed me and are trying to take my mobile home back from me without giving me a dime of my money back!! My next step is to contact a real estate attorney... For a first time home buyer paying cash this has been a complete nightmare that has left me homeless!! I went from owning my home to being homeless in a matter of 3 months!!! How is this right or even legal?? Never dealt with such a shady business and I hope something is done!! I hope NOBODY has to experience what I did whether it's their first time buying a house or their Hunter it's time nobody should be treated the way I was or taken advantage like I was...

Our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, with this being only the third complaint filed in 21 years, is further testament to the superior quality of customer service consistently provided by **********************. **************** is a disgruntled former resident of a manufactured home community known as *************** MHC. Her meandering diatribe is entirely inaccurate and represents a weak and transparent attempt to tarnish the image of Home Source One. **************** recently removed herself from *************** MHC under threat of eviction for harboring several Rottweilers and other animals in her home in violation of her written lease and contrary to our efforts to ensure that all residents of *************** MHC remain as safe and secure as possible. Both **************** and Home Source One are represented by attorneys in the eviction action, therefore any direct contact between the parties is both improper and unethical. In court, under the advice of her attorney, **************** signed a Stipulation which specified the duties and obligations of both parties. Her ongoing issues are the direct result of her own failure to abide by the terms of her lease agreement and the court-approved Stipulation.
