    I purchased a Johnson ***************************** ******K Self Leveling Rotary Laser System Kit, Red just over 2 years ago. The laser detector has stopped working. I swapped the batteries for some brand new batteries but it didnt help. I made contact by email at **************************************************** on June 6 2023. I received a response asking if it had been dropped or damaged on same date to which I replied with the answer of no it has not been dropped or damaged and has worked great up until now. I again replied on June 8 2023 asking if there were any updates. I have not received any response other than the first response asking if it had been dropped or damaged. I would just like to know what is going on. This unit carries a 3 year warranty. If this is how they deal with warranties then ********** me know and I will just replace this with another brand.
