              I had an appointment set for January 16th for a checkup and cleaning. I received multiple emails from Quirt Family Dentistry reminding me of this. I even received one the same morning of that appointment - 2 hours before the appointment.I did receive a voicemail on the 15th asking if i could move my appointment from 12 to 11am. I couldnt do this, so i didnt return the call. There was NO other information in the voicemail.I arrived at Quirt Family Denistry on Jan. 16th just before 12pm (my appointment time) to be told they cancelled my appointment due to the hygenist not being available. She said they tried to reach me about this the previous day. Yet as noted and i will attach a screenshot, they did not inform me of this. That combined with receiving an email 2 hours before my appointment reminding me of my appointment is very concerning to me.Quirt wasted my time, was disrespectful and put my dental health in jeopardy.

              Business office does not actually submit pre-authorization based on X-rays to insurance company. They just look at insurance and then have clients sign financial obligation to pay for services. When insurance denies coverage and procedure has already been initiated they blame insurance company for “not covering services”. I do not recommend this business. Do your homework.
