              I am being forced to sign inaccurate paperwork to which I do not agree. Meridian employees are bothering me at my job and distracting me from my duties, calling me while I am working and sending me e-mail messages to my work inbox, which is inappropriate.They are able to access my financial information at any time and claim I "did not report" that my wages increased and expect an extra $1,692 in supposedly owed back rent. Never mind the fact that I am waiting on a hospital bill, just paid off $920 in back income taxes and am due for costly dental surgery.I do not agree to anything from these incompetent employees. I work a full-time time job and don't have time to drop everything because of THEIR mistakes.Please stop contacting me at work and forcing me sign contracts to agree to things to which I do not

              Since Meridian Management has taken over the apartment complex that I live in very little has been done and much has been promised. We have a huge dead tree that was supposed to be removed two years ago and it is still barely standing. With each storm the danger increases. Our parking lot needs repaving (also promised). Our apartment manager tells us a different story every time we ask any questions. We are not allowed to review instances from our security cameras even when reported. They are in the process of evicting a tenant who has a disability but is considered a troub living here and I find it unconsionable and inhuman. When I complained about the manager and Meridian's management I was told if I didn't like it I could leave. The current tenants are not respected or treated fairly, People that are able are moving out. Many tenants are not able to do so. The Landlord and Tenant group is currently unfunded but no attempt has been made to resolve urgent issues. Meridian Group is a very unprofessional management complany. We did well under the previous management group.
