    This company is horrendous when it comes to "Customer Service". They offer a site and then it just shuts down before you can get a resolve. They do not put model #s on their product yet insist you provide said number! Several in my sewing group have the same issue with a Fiskars product and not one of us has been able to get past their 'form'. Simply horrendous business practices! We would like to recommend that NO ONE purchase products from such a despicable company. There are so many other decent companies to choose from.

    Bought Fiskars clippers and they are rusting after a few uses!! I have other clippers that are over 40 years old and no rust. Contacted their customer service and was told to clean the rust off...might take several tries...SERIOUSLY???????? They arent clipping easily because of the rust and they don't honor their guarantee. Will not be buying their products again!

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with your clippers. An email was sent out letting you know that your claim has been processed for a replacement tool to be sent out.

    Been trying to get a handle s**** for a jukebox knife for a year now .Case # ******** / ******** / ******** / ******** / ********. Sent all the pictures,cant get the correct s**** for the knife. This is a nice knife but the warranty is useless. No active phone numbers on the warranty email,the number listed gets you back to the warranty website to start the **************** again

    On June 4, 2022 I filed a warranty claim with Fiskars for a broken garden knife with lifetime warranty, photo included. I received an auto-response stating I'd receive tracking info for a replacement in 14-21 days. I did not. So on June 28th, I emailed them once again, asking for a reply. Nothing other than yet another auto-reply. I can't call this poor customer service, as that would be far too generous. I call this NO customer servce. It appears they don't care to honor their lifetime warranty, so remember that before buying any of their tools. By the way, they own other companies as well, such as Gerber and Waterford.
