    To Whom it may concern,I am writing to express my deep concern regarding several unauthorized account with **********************/ROYAL PRESTIGE Account number: 2484 Account balance: $2,016.00, which I have been unable to resolve directly with them. I have discovered that accounts have been opened in my name without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. This fraudulent activity is not only a violation of my privacy, but it has also caused significant distress. I expect immediate action to rectify this issue. I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau assist in removing this account from my credit reports.I have attached copies of relevant documents, including my driver's license proof of address, copy of my social security card a cover letter and the my credit report, to support my case.I kindly ask for your assistance in facilitating a resolution to this matter. Please let me know if you require any further details or documentation.Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to your response and to a prompt resolution.

    I es t to complain about this people calling me every day about payment I always do my best to make my payments on time, but when I get behind because Im going through a situation or I dont have enough money to make the payment I feel harassed about the payment before I got behind because I wasnt working since I had an accident in which I was injured I explain the situation to this people and asked if they could help me with any solutions but they didnt offer me any help now I havent be working for almost 3 weeks because I had a surgery and this people doesnt stop calling me and extremely stressing me about it Im really getting affected by all this call like I know I have to pay and I will but I cant if im at home with a surgery right now,,,, if at least I can get any help or any adjustments so I can be able to pay this and be done with it..

    Hice una compra a una persona que trabaja para la compaa royal prestige, el producto se me da yo exiji la garanta con la misma persona que me vendi y *** persona yo an mandando evidencias del papel de comprar para cubrir mi garanta l opt por hacer una compra bajo mi nombre sin mi consentimiento y ahora me llama la compaa dicindome que tengo una deuda con ellos que si no pago ellos van a daar mi crdito. Yo me comuniqu con una persona de la compaa y le cre un caso del cual tengo el nmero del caso creado que es (******) la compaa sigue con el cobro an yo envindole prueba de que fui estafada por su vendedor. Hay le envo fotos de la conversacin por ******** que tuve con l cuando hice el reclamo de los productos daado y el recibo de la compra que le hice al inicio cuando me contacte con l para lo de la garanta de los productos malogrados

    We ordered a water faucet that continues to leak after closing the faucet. It runs for a full 20 seconds after. We have sent it back and it took over. Month for the new one to get here, only for the second one to do the same and to be told that's just how it works. We have been refused a refund and had to pay for shipping to get them to replace it.

    The company royal prestige and its salesmen conned me into a sure sale for them by opening the product knowing that i wouldnt be able to return it back and on top of that lied to me about low interest rate saying i was going to get the lowest interest rate ever at 2% when in reality they gave me an interest rate of 24%

    I dont need for someone to explain to me the interest that im getting, what i need is for someone to explain to me why the salesmen specificly told me and guaranteed that i would get a 2% interest rate and didnt deliver on his promise and even went to say this will be the lowest interest rate i have ever received in my life. The sales men lied to my face. What is your business going to do about these corrupt sales tactics that were abusively implemented on me?

    Thank you for your response.  Once again, I am sorry to hear about the miscommunication that transpired with your sales representative.  We are actively investigating this situation and speaking to him as well regarding your claim.  Unfortunately, since we were not present during the sale, we do have a signed contract acknowledging your acceptance to a 24% APR.  Once we have completed our investigation, the issue will be escalated to our compliance team to review the Independant Sales Representative actions and any measures necessary will be presented.     This crazy company charge me 2000 for something I did not order they are criminals and con artists all I wanted was for a filter change not the entire unit which they did on they own.

    I just found out that an unpaid and closed account exists under my name with Hy Cite/Royal Prestige Entreprises since October of 2022. I have never authorized an account to be opened under my name with this company nor did I ever received collect notifications. I request this account be removed from my Experian credit report. It is not showing up under Equifax or Transunion.
