You're running 15 min late ? Call the client and let them know so maybe they need to relay that info to doctors so the appointment doesn't get classified as a "no show". Dollars being billed to Medicare / Medicaid and they can only say, " Sorry but you didn't show up and we have other patients to tend to."  May 25th appointment for 3:20pm and driver shows up at 3:35pm with no call to inform me of being late so i can at least make sure the appointment is kept and not cancelled. Steroid treatment for severe back pain and causing me not to stand up straight and spasms causing me to unexpectedly fall to the ground and am not even notified or attempt to make it known that the driver is running late ?.
