            I have placed two separate orders. I cannot get in Touch with anyone about my order being processed or shipped. Is this place even a real business? No one answers the phone or emails in a timely manner. Very unprofessional. In the event I have to return something I dont want to deal with this hassle. I know they are shipping a few of those items separately because the are not a available until May. They did not mention if I would have to wait for them to arrive before the entire order ships. Can someone help me find out what is goin on over there. I am not the first to give this complaint.

            Absolutely horrible quality to the item that I purchased from this company and horrible customer service.. I left a complaint on the business website and got an email saying they would "look into" replacing the item under the supposed "Rosary For Heroes" and even sent pictures as requested to show the way the item broke in several different places. Here we are more than six months later and still no response at all. It's ok though, a great company named Rugged Rosaries in Houston gladly exchanged the item for me because this company absolutely ignored me. I will never purchase an item from this company again and have will do everything in my power to make sure that another person has to experience what I have.
