  They sold me a vehicle that they where aware needed a new engine and is now refusing to fix the problem and refusing to give me certain paper work for the vehicle Claimed they did work and the vehicle and that was false

  I purchased a vehicle not even 6 months ago the vehicle had to go in the shop not even a month of me having it for a new engine. After the new engine now the vehicle shuts completely off while driving

  They sold me a car that the engine light turned on after two days. Needed a new turbo 4 gassets, a hose and didn’t know there was a recall on a part. They treated me very bad there. I was not happy

  I bought a car from goban cars the car was never inspected cleaned or anything,i brought the car home to find a big dent in the front passenger side it took all day to complete paperwork just to drive the car home and find all kinds of problems with the car,ive called them to and had the car back and forth to their shop 8 times in less than 2 months they never even cleaned the car once again i took the car back to be detailed they never cleaned it period theres white dog hairs stuck all over in the interior and still i cannot get it all out.Ive had this car back 4 times just for the headlights and fog lights burning out i went 2 weeks before my headlights were fixed.Since this insident my muffler has fallin off they tol me thats my problem my wheelbearings have gone out tires were bad all rotors and pads front and back had to all be replaced and the issues just keep going they will not take back this car and give me something else.ITs a 2017 and 1 owner i beleive they lied about the car all together im still paying on the car and the problems keep coming and they wont take care of this;My son is a liscenced technician and he said they have people coming to their shop on a daily basis who bought their cars from goben cars there needs to be something done about these people getting over on people like me im dying of brain cancer and lung cancer and i need my car for my chemo appts this just isint fair they wont give my money back or take the car back and give me something else

  I advise would everyone to avoid this dealership. I kept being told that things would be complete in "just a few more minutes," which turned into over two hours - I had my toddlers with me and I never would have come in with them had I known we would be there for hours. Goben was still pressuring me to stay even when I had a child screaming on the floor. It was strongly recommended that I submit my credit application to multiple lenders because the salesperson told me I had a chance of getting what I wanted but all that returned were deals way above my price range. When I declined the offers, they kept making my toddlers and I wait even longer, coming back again still outside of my price range. I felt pressured to accept a deal that I had already said was outside of my price range. I ultimately ended up with 4 hard credit inquiries for no reason. Goben's failure here is that they did not set realistic expectations (saying it would be much faster than it actually was) and they were pressuring me to purchase a vehicle outside my price range, rather than having a conversation about my budget and recommending a different car. I have never had a worse retail experience.

  Bought a car on august 1st. They over charged me $6000.00 from sale price. There were issues with the car breaks which they did fix but that car had a strong odor which i complain so many times wasted my money to detailed the car and still it smells. I wanted to sell to other dealership but found out my haven't registered yet. I called goven and asked they said they did registered it takes time bla bla i went bank and dmv to find out it did not. Not only i am dealing with thier ****** car i have to wait to for registered to sell it. I am in extream need of vehicle.. they took advantage of my need and sold me overpriced car.

  If I could leave negative stars, I would. Im a single mother of a 2 year old and needed a reliable car. I looked for days by myself having to transfer a whole car seat over to test drive cars and move it back to my vehicle over and over again, and finally they said they had a vehicle someone just traded in and that the person was religious about maintenance. Well apparently they were very wrong because Ive had my check engine light come on 5 times in the last 2 months, multiple oil leaks, broken axel seals, bald tires, blown out radio, leaking transmission cooling lines, stripped oil plug (literally cant even get my oil changed), sold me the car without changing my oil, this list just goes on and on. This car was over 10,000$ and now Im afraid to cart my child around in a car that could explode at any moment. Im beyond angry. I have a huge loan to pay for this car that might not even run for a year. Im so furious. Dont ever buy a car from these people. They sold me a worse car than I had before. I dont have the time or the money to deal with any of this. Im so disappointed and I didnt want to get to the point of being this angry, but here I am.
