    *** purchased 2 vehicles from this business and both are/were messed up, Ive been waiting over a year for them to fix my 2016 pathfinder while also having to figure out what they did with my 2012 Acadia, Ive called so many times theres always an excuse, I need a reliable vehicle and Im paying a car note on a vehicle that wont even pass emissions for me to get a new sticker, they keep giving me temporary plates(Im on my 6th one)

    Hello on July ****** I purchased a vehicle from a shop called big shot before purchase I was sent to another shop in ****** with one of there employees to pick up the vehicle they had for me while on the way back the check engine light comes on I was told it was because they had just put a new engine in and the engine needed time to register so upon leaving they cleared it and told me to come back if it came back on and surely it came back on I took it upon myself to take it to another shop to get it read it had multiple codes for the engine catalytic converter and even the turbo I voiced these things to the shop and they agreed to fix them within a week of me having the vehicle the transmission blew out the shop offered me warranty on the engine and transmission for 90 once this incident occurred and I got the vehicle back to the shop they screamed and hollered they werent fixing anything and they refused to give me my money back even told me yo just sue him now Im without a vehicle and without my 2000$

    After riding with a friend to whom's bumper fell off after she had purchased a truck from Jamil ************** he begin asking me ************* informed numerous times I wasn't looking for a vehicle after test driving the all black 2020 Chrysler ************************************************************** the state of Wisconsin by law when sailing a vehicle off a dealership lot each vehicle should have the Monroney sticker on the window nor did I receive a buyer's guide which is also mandatory in the state of Wisconsin. I've driven my vehicle roughly 3 months out of the 7 months I've had the vehicle. In October 2023 the vehicle was sold to me on a Sunday, but the paperwork submitted was showing for that Monday which was also a "Red Flag". Big Shots Auto / Jamil consistently had the car in the shop, but the vehicle was never services because every time I received my vehicle back, I would drive it for a couple weeks then would experience the same issue. I currently still do not have my vehicle & have spoken to ****** on 5/29/2024 around 11AM from TruStone the bank that provided the loan to inform their collateral protection department & haven't spoken to anyone yet in the collateral protection department to inform what's going on ****** stated he would send that department a message to reach back out to me. I'm currently as of this month no longer making payments for a vehicle I son't have & am unable to drive. Can someone listen to my calls from TruStone my loan officer ***** has also been made aware since I received the vehicle. I've also spoken to ********* at the Chrysler dealership ************************************* ************** to whom informed me he's still waiting on a response from Jamil to fix the vehicle. After speaking with ***** he advised me the cost was too high & I'm currently on a 2-3 year warranty. Can someone PLEASE look into this for me.

    I was sold a vehicle that has severe issues. Since I bought this vehicle there has been nothing but issues. The car was shaking very bad on the freeway and they were told about this right away. I bought it in the week after I bought it and left it for a few days and was told it was fixed. My daughter drove it on the expressway and almost had an accident because something seemed to have snapped in the back. We took it back in that week and they kept it for the past 2 and a half weeks. I Picked it up today and was assured that all repairs were made so my other daughter was driving it to my house and once again it started shaking and big clinking noises coming from the back, she as well almost crashed on the express way. I have been telling him that we could have lost our lives but he does not seem to understand the gravity of this all. The vehicle is now back with him and it will be going on a month. I do not feel safe dealing with this business or the vehicle they sold me.
