in review of this account, I do not see that we have had any contact with **************** nor received any correspondence requesting any information or supplying us with any information as to why she is not liable for the debt. I do see that she listed an updated address on her complaint on Kenwood Ave. I have instructed my administration team to send out the validation information regarding this account. On 2/14/21 i called and made a payment of over $2000 to close out my account and have it deleted from my credit report, in which PPS promised to do. Along with deletion i was told i would receive a letter emailed to be within 2 days after the account closed i called back on 2/16 and verified that my account was zero. The letter is for my lender of a mortgage and why i needed it as they promised i would get. I have recordings of the conversation with **** making these promises for the company. I have yet to receive my lettee nor ha e they updated my credit report as promised aftermaking the payment.Business response

review of the account has been completed. The accounts are flagged to delete from the credit report and that reporting will be going out in tomorrow's (2/25/22) run. I asked professional placement to verify I had a debt with them.They sent a medical **** , I wrote back asking them for my medical release form and if they couldnt provide me with the form please stop reporting and request the removal of the collection from the credit bureaus I never got a letter providing my form of release thats a Hipaa Violation and I never got a letter saying they will remove itBusiness response

The itemized billing was sent out as she requested validation of debt. Professional Placement Services is hired by Advocate ************* care (AAH) to collect on debt owed to them. Due to this we are an agent of AAH and have a Business Associate Agreement with AAH, therefore there is not a HIPAA violation. Regarding Account 783459X.This account was involved in an insurance dispute. The account is erroneously listed on my credit reports severely damaging my credit rating for a situation that was completely out of my control. I have contacted PPS, LLC. and they agreed to remove this damaging information, however, this has yet to occur. Please remove this damaging information from my credit reports COMPLETELY to consider this matter resolved.Regard,*****************************Business response

This is an harrassment issue.This company calls me easily several times a month. I have repeatedly left message or called back telling to quit calling. This has been about 2 years at least.They say they are a debt collection agency. I have NO debt. I just bought a second house as an investment. I want them to LEAVE ME ALONE!Business response

I contacted PPS on 8.9.21 twice on this day to verify and pay a collection debt $55.47. It was a collection notice for May 2nd. on my credit report it shows 6.1.2020. I called paid it over the phone and was promised a receipt would be emailed and also mailed to my home. I would like for that to be done. I have to have proof of payment for my education loan to be approved. I have called and they keep promising but I cannot even get an email sent to me and I haven't gotten any paid in full statements in the mail either. I need a correction sent to all credit reporting agencies and a paid in full receipt mailed and emailed to *************************Business response
