was a former customer for years for our LLC. I suspected they were overcharging us for our tax returns, which in 2022 cost $1990.00. I was right, what a rip off! Plus we had to wait till the very last moment to get them completed, every year it took forever. Changed to another acountant and now we pay $695 and they're done before the end of January every year. I hate WIPFLI, never again.Review from Shayna T.

Taxes “complete” and IRS bill paid. So we thought, However, there was a discrepancy with the IRS (2 years in a row) which should have been the flag number one. The first year, I resolved the issue on my own time. We were never billed for those 2021 taxes. This year, we had a similar issue at which point WIPFLI wanted to charge additional fees to open a POA because waiting on hold (although an option for the public, it seems was not worth their time). IRS discrepancy has not yet been resolved and we still have an outstanding balance for 2022 despite paying, on time, what WIPFLI stated we owed. Unfortunately, numerous attempts for assistance in resolving the issue, were met without WIPFLI’s stated culture of excellence, but rather with unanswered emails and a disrespectful disregard for any responsibility or need assist their clients in a resolution to the matter without incurring additional fees. And, in addition, a 2400.00 bill (unitemized) for both 2021 and 2022 services not yet rendered.
