Purchased on 03/14/2014 an expensive Battery operated circular saw - it has never worked properly and been in for repair three times (SV1253258 04/03/2019, SV2550217 12/08/2020, SV2985373 06/03/2021). The switch has always been the problem and it's still a problem. I need to send it in again for another repair and it just came back less than a month ago. The switch does not work again. I've used this for household use, not commercial, and barely used it at all, especially since it has always been broken when I needed it. I've asked for replacement each time it was in for repair and I've been ignored. I'd like it replaced with a new one. This is my first experience with Milwaukee Tools and I am not impressed, despite what all my contractor friends say about the tools. I've had better luck with my Rigid tools and less hassle when there's an issue.Business response

Please close out my complaint - they business has satisfactorily resolved the issue. Product is backordered so it will be several weeks before I receive a replacement but there's no need to keep the case open.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I spoke with Milwaukee Tool on 07/08/2021 and they are sending me a new saw as a replacement (although currently backordered 4-6 weeks).Thank you.

I purchased a hammer drill/impact tool kit during a promotion, buy this kit and we will send you an additional too at no charge. The request was submitted to Milwaukee tool on 3-19-2021. As of this date 7-7-2021 I have not received anything. Repeated phone calls are met with excuses such as “our shipping department is behind” or my favorite “ for some reason this was just entered yesterday”. I understand being behind, but 16 weeks? My confirmation number is U851BONmq7gm78t. The retailer I purchased this kit from has also attempted to get a response from their area representative without success as well.Business response

Better Business Bureau:it took a few more promises via Email that they never followed through with, but eventually I received the product that was promised in their promotion.
