    The date of the transaction is 11/07/24. I ordered 2 king size beds from Best quality furniture and paid for delivery. Upon delivery the men tore the mattress I ordered. The owner sent a new mattress back with was not the same quality I ordered. When I called to say this is not the same product I ordered, I was told the one they sent back was all they had left in that size. The second issue is that I paid for delivery which the delivery men would not bring my beds upstairs. Weeks later I have finally paid someone else to bring my beds upstairs and now I am finding out that the company did not send two king size bed sets. They have sent me a California king mattress that does not fit with the box springs brought with the set. When I contact Best Quality Furniture I was bounced around from person to person, shunned and disrespected and they refused to rectify the service by providing me with the products I paid $1050.00 for. They did not sell me the products I paid for. I am asking for a full refund. I have did not receive the beds I paid for and my product was left in my living room by the front door. I am submitting the statement of 2 ****** charges on the 6th of Nov., and 7th of Nov. from the furniture store, plus the pictures of my bed not being the correct size mattress.     You placed two vases on layaway and you were given six months to pay the vases off. You asked the store to have a extended payment plan for the vases and they granted you the extension. You paid down to the last payment of $75.00 and the remaining payment is not due till COD (cash on Delivery). They told me that the vases would be delivered within the first two weeks of August and since then I have visited the store on numerous occasions asking when will the vases be delivered and have been receiving the run arounds. Also, on one occasion the store owner told me that the store was broken into and my vases were the only items taken. It is now October and I have yet to receive my vases. I would like a to get a full refund and or my items I paid for.

    Dear BBB,I purchased some glass end table, I had them on lay-away and then paid them off. Once best quality furniture store took my money they tried to sell me some broken up table so I told them I didn't want those. And they tried to sell me something else. I told them if you don't have the tables I paid for I would like to have my money back and go somewhere else. So they refuse to give me the money back. Now I'm looking at a living room set now. The money I had on the tables I use it for the living room set now. So I paid that off now the next day they tried to deliver the set which was cut up in four different places. So I ask them to come pick the furniture back up. Which they did I talk to the the sell person which she state I can order you a new set bit it will take 2 more weeks for delivery. I stated that I would for the 2 weeks was up and I ask them when will they deliver my furniture, now they are stating again we don't have a deliver for you.. this have been going on for over 1 1/2 years now all I want is my money back from these people and go somewhere else with me business, please help me BBB. I dont know ow what else to do all of this have been nothing but stressful on me and my family.

    Good afternoon

    Mrs. ******* has been a very good customer.

     Our store layaway policy is 12 months she suppressed that, the manager still resolved the issue with her and gave her credit towards the Livingroom that she saw on the floor.

    We delivered the furniture she chose, and she refused upon delivery and kept the original receipts that belonged to the store.

    We ordered a new furniture set for her it has been here since January 18, all we asked from her was for the original receipt so we could deliver the furniture.

    She has been calling telling us every day she will come in to drop the receipt, we are willing and waiting for her to bring the receipt in order for our warehouse to schedule delivery.
