      I searched for this LLC on the WI.gov site and cannot find it. The initial BBB search could not search for this man. My bank cannot find him either. We spent almost $1000 for garage springs, which we later found out was a rip off. We tried to contact him through the website because our door was making sounds. We were given a lifetime warranty. It has been maybe 6 weeks. Our door does not close. The cord on the drum is unraveled. He had a darkish grey pick up truck, California plates. He was from ***** and speaks Hebrew. He was a kind gentleman, that's why this is so upsetting. We talked with him a lot while he was rendering service.The website was Ixonia Garage Doors - I thought I was supporting local. I emailed explaining our torsion spring broke, no rush, we were parked outside. They were on me instantly, trying to get the guy out here asap. A woman called first to say someone would come out asap, then he called to verify. Then he called again and said *********************** was in town so he couldn't make it. Then he called in the evening when we were putting our kids to bed and he stated he would be here at 9pm?? I said no, we are getting the kids ready for bed and school the next day, come next week when I'm back in town. He showed up at 730pm for a free estimate and then said I can do it now. China springs $150, no warranty. USA springs $350, lifetime warranty. It wasn't a rush but they insisted on doing it that night. After all was said and done, it was $945.21- I had no choice, he rendered the service triple what other quotes were.There was no paperwork for the warranty, no brand of spring, it is noted on the receipt. I went back to the website - detailed site, and clicked on every link for social media and nothing works.Now I cannot afford to fix this. I have emailed the direct website, no response. I waited for my bank to get ahold of him, no response. I emailed again. I have not yet filed a police report. Should I?
