1 starI visited the ******************, ********* *********** location to purchase a gift card today. The card was a **** in the amount of $275.00 + activation fee. ($281.95)During my purchase I was required to present my drivers license, which was ********** addition, I had to enter my Social Security Number not only once, but twice.WHAT??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? With all the identity theft going on, how can the SS# even be a request? To top that off, the **** card was a reject. My transaction was voided and credited back to me but we all know it takes business days for a refundso now I sit on a $300 credit I wont receive back until next week. (which is another scam all together while they collect interest for 3 days and I lose it)Then to purchase another card, I had to give the license and SS# again. Why is this information required??? This is Ludacris and an invasion of privacy. A coworker just purchased 5 gift cards at $300 per card and had to provide nothing but the payment card at **************If the damage wasnt already done, I would have taken my business elsewhere. You cant punish the majority for the acts of few. This is an unlawful request.Review fromAnne O

1 starKroger/Metro Mart/Pick'n'Save on 76th & Cold Spring Rd., Greenfield has slowly fallen in overall store cleanliness, quality, & food safety/health ever since Roundy's/Pick'nSave was purchased by Kroger. General store cleanliness is beyond dirty: shelves, etc., are filthy: especially in produce, loaded with moldy fruit, dried blood in/on meat counter shelves: their own in-house "Badger Bakery" sold Miami Sweet Onion Buns with a huge, living fly in the package ?? one week: & living Fruit Flies & crawling larvae the next week. Sour milk & moldy cheese ?? on more than one occasion that I was so disgusted with, that I simply threw in my garbage ??? at home. But now that their store is consistently selling food that should have been checked & caught & destroyed inside their store & not "Marked Down" or sold at "Sale Price", I am following up with every spoiled, rotten, unhealthy thing they dare pass off to us their General Public & Customers of many years. Sent a photo of crawling larvae inside their Badger Baking Miami Sweet Onion Buns & moldy cheese, with copies of Receipts: & now they want my Customer Account Number!Review fromPatricia J

1 starOn 8-17-2024 pick n save #387 had a refuded bakery rack. Items had reduced prices that were posted for ise by everyone. Additionally there was a sign stating 50% off baked items with your fresh perks card. It did not state prices as marked and the prices that were marked did not reflect 50% off. When i rang up with my perks card, the price did NOT reduce the advertised 50% off. It rang up with the labeled price (which again was NOT 50% off original price. After disvusding with three different people (LIZZIE who claims to be "a manager" dispite the clerk stating she is just another employee) and then Tracey (supposedly the general manager- thou no one lnew her last name) they dug in and said well the sign is intended to be 50% off original price. That they use thst sign and i am only person to ever complain. She said i will go change the sign now just for you. I proceeded to take photos of the store sign w store numver. Then Lizzie asked me why and i said to report to the state and she said go ahead they won't do anything about it. In the end it wasn't the $5.50 anymore, it was the orincipal. Clearly the "general manager" Tracey acknowledged i was correct when she said she would change the sign., but they refused to honor what the sign read.Review fromMartha K

1 starThis place is a rip off. They are charging more than what they advertised and it's not a mistake, because it happens so much. If you are grocery shopping and buying a lot of groceries, you will will not even notice. I just paid 9.99 for a 12 pack of Pepsi. They had a digit clip coupon for $4.99 that I clipped, however they still charged me $9.99. The Metro in Germantown/*************** on County Line rd is ALWAYS ripping people off. I feel bad for our vulnerable elderly and people with disabilities that does not notice they are being cheated. Additionally, you have to check the expiration date on EVERYTHING.Review fromAnne F

1 starThere is inflation, and then there is price gouging. El Rey Lemon Nacho Tortilla Chips at ******************* = $6.59/bag. ************** = $4.49/bag. ***************************** MKE = $3.59/bag. ******************** *** = $3.59/bag.This is just one example of the price gouging I have witnessed to *******************. From bread that has doubled in price, to condiments that have more than doubled. I have shopped at this grocery store for 25 years, but no more. I will move my business to ****** where they have a little more respect for their customers.Review fromAIMEE Q

1 starI went to Pick N Save yesterday on ******* in *******. They had chicken on the end of the cooler, full of Perdue chicken breasts, marked at 2.49 a lb and signs and stickers on the meat saying buy one get one free. When I went to check out they rang up full price. I called the cashier over and she said oh that's last week's price, this week is buy one get one. I said well that's not my fault. You have the chicken labeled with a price and buy one get one free. She called the meat department and they said no she can do one or the other but we won't honor the marked price! I said are you kidding me? You have an entire cooler full of chicken back there ALL MARKED WRONG! You should honor the price, she said no. I did call customer service and email them, but have not heard from anyone! I can't stand this pick n save anymore. No one wants to be there working, the employee's are always rude and complaining, and then when something isn't marked correct, no one wants to honor it. It has gotten to be more work to make sure my items ring up correctly than it's worth. We have slowly been doing more and more shopping at *****. I bought bad milk from Pick N Save in December or January, and heard an employee complaining in the store about how people should come buy their own groceries she is sick of doing the shopping for them. This store is awful!Review fromCharlotte L.

An incident that occurred earlier today at your Pick N Save *** ***** Wi. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of Asst Mgr Jenee, who refused to honor a $100.00 ($25 each) gift certificate from Perfectfeast. Upon presenting the gift certificate at the checkout, Jenee openly and dismissively refused to accept it as a valid form of payment. Jenee gave me elevator eyes which is nonverbal harassment by looking me up and down after I asked her for her last name. Her behavior was not only unapologetic but also made me feel disgusted and disrespected as a customer. Such conduct is unacceptable and undermines the principles of customer service that are expected when shopping at Pick N Save. I have always enjoyed shopping at your store and have had positive experiences with your staff in the past. However, my encounter with Jenee left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether I should continue to patronize your establishment. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. It is my belief that behavior like this should not go unnoticed or without consequences. Therefore, I respectfully request that Jenee be subject to appropriate disciplinary measures, and if necessary, be demoted to a position where her attitude and demeanor will not negatively impact customers. I understand that situations can sometimes be misunderstood or miscommunicated, and I am more than willing to have a conversation about this incident if necessary. I hope that you will thoroughly investigate this matter and take the appropriate steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I value the positive shopping experiences I have had at PickNSave, and I sincerely hope that my faith in your establishment can be restored. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly, as well as providing me with an explanation or remedy for the unacceptable treatment I encountered.Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc.

Thank you for sharing this experience with us and providing us the opportunity to review and address this complaint with our teams. The store and district leader attempted to reach out to you by phone on Monday, November 6 to discuss your experience in our stores. As we have not heard back yet, we do want to share the following here, while there are limitations on how we can utilize and redeem partner coupons, we do appreciate the opportunity to review the customer service experience of our shoppers. Thank you for your understanding that we will be unable to share any details on associates and/ or disciplinary actions taken.Review fromArnita R

1 starI visit this location quite often I recently had an incident that I had to speak to the store manager about. After speaking to a young male over the phone who identify himself as the store manager I seen why this store have so many problems. The young man ( store manager) that sound like he just graduated from high school in my opinion has no people skills and a short attention span while listening to a customer should receive more training. Hopefully there are more qualified and friendlier employees that will apply for the store manager position at this location ******' s corporation please keep watch Thank youReview fromSherry J

1 starI was charged about $7600 for grapes on a pick-up order, and my money could not be immediately refunded. This came out of my checking. When I returned to the store, I was told that they could not do anything at the “store level.” I was handed a phone and told to call Customer Care; I was on hold for 15 minutes. At the end of the call, the representative told me that the finance department was not open, so they could not refund my money that day. No apology was given when I said that the solution was unacceptable. They told me to call the next morning to check on the status of my refund. I called the next day and was told my refund would take 2-8 days. I said I need to pay my mortgage the next day. Again, no apology was given. I said this solution was unacceptable. They transferred me to what I thought was the finance department to get things moving faster. After being on hold numerous times, the next representative told me my refund would take 7-10 days. She gave me a new case number. At this point I realized I was simply transferred to a different representative that filed a new refund request. I was never given an apology or empathized with. I went to my bank, and they refuted the charge for me.
