  This is really sad! We too fell to the deception of this criminal. My husband and I made the biggest mistake of hiring this person! We hired this thief to do some electrical work. He did a half ass job and left not completing the job! I strongly would not recommend this Criminal to set foot on anyone property! He is a bad person, that in so many words STEALS from people! we have been trying to get our money back from this man and he continues to make excuses and strings us along! RED FLAG this man is a CROOK!!!!!!!!!!! He got $815.00 plus we will have to hire another Qualified Electrician to complete the Job! I plan on taking this man to court! It's obvious, based on the other complaints, he should get some jail time for cheating people!!!!!

  So I contacted ******* ******** or ******* ******* whichever name he goes by today and Rent a man construction back in June to renovate my basement. He was paid a whooping $7500 and has not done anything but extend the damage. He had a friend of his tear out carpet and throw it on my back lawn while mold builds in my basement due to his lack of professionalism and lies to complete the job. I've been reading his reviews and I believe it would be best for his victims to come together for full prosecution and theft I believe we should put our stories out there to prevent other victims as well. My story is no different than anyone else's he lies constantly and strings his victims along repeatedly At least that's my plan at this point I'm going all the way..

  Patrick stole 1,750 from us. He never even used the money that we gave him to purchase the material for basement dry wall and ceiling. The week, Patrick was supposed to start, Patrick stated that he would need to start the following day because he had to get his truck out of towing on that day. The next day Patrick was supposed to start he did not show up in the morning. Patrick did not even call to tell us what was going on. We had to reach out to Patrick. Later that evening, two of his workers came at almost 4pm and knocked down the celling. After the workers left, we reached out to Patrick to see when he would start to finish the work. We did not hear from him until the next day. Red flags started going up and we searched Patrick on the Better Business Bureau site (something we should have done sooner). We noticed there were patterns of excuses, incomplete projects, money that was owed, etc. We asked for our money back immediately as we noticed some of these concerns. Patrick told us he would return the material for our basement (he so-called purchased with our money) to the store. Patrick shared he used his credit card to purchase the material and once our money was returned to his bank account, he would return our money. We asked Patrick to send us a picture of the purchase receipt of the material and the return purchased receipt. Patrick was unable to show us a copy of the purchased receipt and return receipt. We knew then Patrick could not show us proof of receipts because he never brought our material for the basement. We are still waiting on Patrick to give us the money he stole. Patrick has made excuse after excuse after excuse. Sad to say. We are still waiting on Patrick to return our money, he is still making excuses, and legal action will be pursued.
