    My husband spoke to a general manager by the name of Jordan. Jordan seem to be a very decent, well spoken individual. An inquiry of a 2018 Charger Skat pack, which actually Jordan himself had no idea about and was very much intrigued at the price. I mean it was unbeatable guys, no way was my husband going to let that go away. Anyhow, after speaking of the car and making arrangements for an appointment, deal was on for 1/7/23 @10 CT. We made sure to not have any plans and was sure we had no hiccups coming about. The day of, Jordan reached out to my husband at 7:48a via TEXT confirming if he was coming still, unprofessional with timing and way out of business hours by the way. However my husband responded back stating yes he was miles out and apologize in advance if we off a bit late. No response. So now we head towards the way, go to a different location and spoke with a Jordan which actually directed us to the right location, all still linked and being able to get the car if willing. We stated no worries and would just come to the other location to make things easier. Now not mentioning my husband advised Jordan that we had $20,000 Cash, so with all being said we are traveling miles and miles with the type of load. Yes, with all going on in the world who would want to do such a thing. Anyhow, the other Jordan at the location seem to not be able to get In contact with Jordan only getting his voicemail, he reached out to another general manager by the name of Zach via text message stating we was on the way. Zach simply responded back, Sold. My husband stood there in shock, upset, and not about the car, but just the BAD service overall. Now Zach stated the car was sold 3 hours ago, and which means it was well before my husbands appointment. This was just the worst. All in all, Jordan never answered my husband call. Almost taking us as a joke, no empathy or anything. It was such an inconvenience. Pathetic! Horrible service !!!

    I purchased a vehicle from Heiser 2.5 moths ago! 2 days after I purchased it I contacted the salesman and said I had issues with the transmission shifting he told me to bring it in 3 days after I contacted him. I did they took it in gave me a loaner and said they fixed the issue. I picked the truck up used it the very next day and the truck stalled on the freeway. I was very upset at this point I had to get it towed to my home and the next day it started I brought it back to the dealership. Heiser took it back again said they found the issue and fixed it free of charge. I come to pick the truck up and the truck has 2 flat tires both front tires. I am very very upset at this point because I use the truck for my business and I am out a truck. Heiser took the truck back yet again and fixed the tires. The passenger front tire plug is failing I have to air it up daily. I’ve spoken with Dom ***** from corporate. Tim rice the general manager. Heiser opened up a case and said I should hear back soon the date they said I should hear about it I came up to the dealership with my partner and we sat with don ***** personally. He looked at us and stated that he would love nothing more than to just bring the truck in with a blown transmission so then GM has to fix it. Very unprofessional don ***** hung up on us when we didn’t reach a conclusion. I’ve now made two payments on this truck and I can’t drive it because I am afraid if I drive it and run the miles past the warranty date they will not honor it. I am now contacting a lawyer because no one has gotten back to me about anything. They stated they would be willing to buy the vehicle back for 2,000.00 less than what I owe on it when I put 8,000.00 down on the vehicle initially.
