      July 2022, no charge for any repairs done as it was recal work to be done. They said they would fix the issue and then decided to put an aftermarket part in the vehicle which the part failed again. When i brought it back the lady said they quit putting the aftermarket part in the cars as every vehicle has failed and came right back. Most people were not even able to make it home. So they try fixing the issue again, and blame it on wiring that has little cuts in it. No wires in my car were damaged at all. So they had to have damaged it while replacing the part. They tried charging me $250 at first then said $150, then decided to do it for free. seemed sketchy to me. They said they put 40 miles on the car and it had no issues after the fact. That was a lie as a reset my mile meeter on the car they only went 13 miles. *** my bf has a reader and it showed the part went out again 2 miles ago. We did not move the vehicle from the lot, we checked it before we left. They said they have fixed the part and the wire yet, that same day my car was still having the same exact issue. I find it hard to believe they fixed the car. To this day it's still having the same issue with the *** module and slowly getting worse. The 2 girls as customer service the one was good at first then she seemed quite rude the other lady was absolutely rude about everything. Very scetchy business and horrible customer service skills, they also lie about fixing vehicles.

      we were able to obtain a factory module and install.  the vehicle was returned to the customer repaired.

      ****************** was having issues with the modules.  we have replaced the module with a **** module and the customer has the vehicle back and we have not heard that the vehicle is not operating correctly if there are any issues the customer should contact me.  thank you

      i want a different vehicle and the money back i put in the vehicle i brought from them last year

      i talked to **************** about his concern.  he told me he purchased his vehicle 1 year ago and has had some issues.  i told him i would check into and get back to him.  i have tried calling him back and he has not returned my calls.  he has a 2009 for escape with ******* miles on the vehicle.  he told me that he had repairs completed at a independent shop and when i talked to him the vehicle was in our shop to have axle seals replaced.  the work that i know he had completed by us was normal wear and tear that happens with the mileage he has on the vehicle.  *****************

      Heiser Ford Lincoln called me today they only want to refund me $ ****** of the almost $ ******* I had to put in the vehicle so that it runs fine but I might be able to trade it in for a different vehicle but only if I can get my money back for what I originally put in it wouldn't be fair to me because they are going to sell it at a higher price with the repairs I had done

      Consumer states he had a meeting scheduled with ***************** a couple of weeks ago, but he was stood up. He has not heard anything since.
